At the hospital...

After the police arrested Lee Chang Jungkook was taken to the hospital by the child services along with Mr Kang and Mira.
The doctor examines jk thoroughly.
After some time

Doctor:-  Mr Kang... We have to admit Jungkook here for a few days...  he is severely malnourished and the physical violence he went through... That pain neither me nor you could imagine... I have seen some untreated fractures of his rib bones and arm.. it's like he was kicked there...
And most importantly i think he needs mental counseling... Generally people who suffer from abuse from a young age tend to be vulnerable their whole life due to the trauma. So we have to be very careful  with him.
Does he have some relatives other than his parents  who could look after him...

Mr kang:- no i don't think he has anyone else to look after him doctor... I have already asked him about this he has an aunt but she resides abroad and they have no connection at all.

Doctor:- then we have to look for a foster home or a orphanage for him.. it's not like he will go back to his family after all this happened.
I will write down a detailed report on my findings which will help him in his case..

Mr Kang:- Thank you so much doctor... Can we go meet him now...

Doctor:- yes... You can... He has already been shifted to the room..

Mr kang bids his farewell from the doctor and goes to jk's room with Mira...

Mira:- How are you feeling Hyung....

Meera asks as soon as they enters the room...

Jk:- I am okay now.... don't worry...
And thank you so much miraea... No thanks both of you... If it's not for you guys what would have happened to me..

Mr Kang:- you don't have to thank us Jungkook we di what we should have ... So take it easy....

Jk:- so uncle what is going to happen now.... What is going to happen with them..

Mr Kang:- see Jungkook what did they is a crime which they have to pay for.. and the court will decide for it...
As for you... The court along with the child services may put you in a foster care or orphanage. And you can resume  your studies again...

Jk:- uncle... Can't I live on my own.... I will work hard ... Will depend upon no one ...

Mr kang:- no Jungkook.... You are a minor... Only 14 yrs old..  you need a guardian untill you reach 18 years...

Jk:- but.... I don't want to... I want to live far away from here... From them...

Mira:- how about this... Why don't you livw with us Hyung.... My father can be your legal guardian.... After you become 18 years you cam move out on your own...
What do you say papa...

Mr Kang:- that's a great idea Mira... I was worried about your health and future  that way i can feel little assured...

Jk::- but uncle i can't... You have already done a lot for me... I don't want to bother you guys anymore....

Mr Kang:- you are not a bother Jungkook... Don't feel like that... We are really happy to take you in...

Jk:- I know uncle.... And i really appreciate it... But I can't.... I just want to live alone...
But just do me a favour... Till i become 18 be my legal guardian... That way i can live freely.... I want to be strong and independent uncle...

Mr Kang:- i understand you Jungkook... I know how you are feeling... I will accept what you said but I have one condition.... You have to live next door to us ... So we can look after you.... Okay ..

Jk:- thank you so much uncle.... I will be forever grateful to you...

Mr kang:- you are welcome dear....you now take rest okay.... we will meet you later...I will go to the police station and oversee what's going on... okay....

Jungkook lies down on the bed and releases a deep breath... He felt his heart in ease ... The feeling he never got before...

Meanwhile with EunHee Lee Chang and their lawyer...

Lee Chang:- EunHee baby ... Just get me out of here ... Please baby do something....
You know I am innocent....

EunHee:-  don't.... Don't lie to me ... I know everything.... What you had been doing and what you did today... It's Just because I love you and hate him i remain quite and believed you . But today they have evidence with them... So don't lie to me atleast....

Lee Chang knows that he has been exposed so chose to remain silent...

EunHee:-  Remember one thing. ... I am doing this because of my daughter.... So remain silent...
And lawyer sir what we can do now...

Lawyer:- listen Mr and Mrs Lee I will be very Frank with you guys.... All the evidences are against you.... He is booked for child molestation and that's something serious. You can't escape from it when they have real evidence and witnesses with them. And once they launch a formal complaint you too will be get arrested because of the physical violence you have caused.

EunHee:- but they don't have any evidence about that ...

Lawyer:- no evidence .... Are you kidding me .. there are presence of physical violence on his body... You stopped him from going to school ,you made him work in this young age and took all of his money .. do you think that's not enough to put you behind the bars...

EunHee:- but there might be some way around right .....by which we can escape..

Lawyer:- there are two ways ... But we can only save you ... Not Mr Lee...

Lee Chang:- why.... Why not me... Why can't you save me.... Are you going to leave me behind the bars ...

Lawyer:- then what do you want ... Be together with your wife...  You molested him Mr Lee ... For god's sake , he is of your son's age...

EunHee:- don't mind him sir... Just tell us the way....

Lee Chang looks at EunHee with shock ....but didn't speak anything

Lawyer:- 1st thing you have to talk with the victim here.... Tell him if he files a case against you, your  other children will be left alone . There will be no one to take care of them... Try to emotionally black mail him... You said he never hated his siblings... 

EunHee:- what if doesn't agree with it. ..

Lawyer:- then we will apply the second method... As you know Mr Lee is going to be inducted for sure... So we can put all the blames on him... Like physical abuse and everything... In that way...

Lee Chang:- what ... You guys thinking of throwing under the bus... So that you can escape....

EunHee:- then what do you want ... Both of us to rot in that jail because you couldn't  control over your horny di*k..
Atleast think about our daughter... Your daughter.... If we both were to be in jail which is going to take care of them....

Lee Chang didn't say anything.... What EunHee was saying is right....

Lawyer:- and one more thing Mrs Lee...  The court will direct to pay compensation to the victim... Which you must have to.... The assets which your husband left will be divided between your two sons...

EunHee:- what... Why ... This is the money my late husband left for me...

Lawyer:- no... This is what he left for his children... As you married once again you are not entitled to any of this property ... Only your sons not even your daughter.... So be prepared for that ... And don't think of withdrawing money and hide because the court will be freezing the assets.

EunHee:- ahhhh.... It's all because of you... If you could  have  control over your desires... We couldn't have to face this situation
She said while fuming at Lee Chang...
