It has been three days since Jungkook was in hospital and today he is getting discharged.
In between this period EunHee tried to contact jk but was denied by the police officials.
When jk was in hospital with the help of Mr Kang he launched an official complaint against EunHee and Lee Chang.
The police wanted to arrest EunHee too but due to the circumstances of small children living with her and no one else was there to take care of them she applied for bail.

But today is the day everything will be decided by the court.
So before entering the court room EunHee asked for a meeting with Jungkook .
After lots of consideration jk agreed to meet her but at a public place and he will be with Mr kang.

At a cafe:-
Both EunHee and Jungkook are sitting in front of each other.. Mr Kang is sitting a few tables away.

EunHee:- are you happy now? After ruining our lives  our family. Because of you my husband is in jail  . My children are being shamed at their schools all because of you..

Jungkook:- wow...
Seriously you don't have any shame do you Mrs Lee.. your husband molested me .. you beat me.. you have no ounce of consideration for me and now you are sitting before me and blaming .

EunHee:- don't play the victim card here... You deserved all of it ... And for your information I don't even want to talk to you but I am doing this because of my children.. well you won't understand because you are an orphan. You can't understand what a parent can do for their children.

Hearing such harsh words all Jungkook wanted was to cry... His heart is shattering into thousands of pieces with each word EunHee is uttering...
On the other hand Mr Kang wants to give a tight slap to EunHee but he is controlling himself.

EunHee:- listen ... I want you to drop the charges against me... I can't go to the jail .. if they put me in the jail both my children will suffer the most. Even if I am not your mother they are still your siblings. So do care about them.
Although I don't want to court my order to divide the property between you and your brother .. so take that and hand over half of it to my daughter after everything ends ..  do you get it...

Jk:- why....

EunHee:- what did you say.... ?

Jk:- i said why would I agree to any of the things you asked me to do.... No ordered me to do...
Why .. who gave you the rights to order me around...

Jk said in a loud voice that everyone present at the cafe is now looking at them..

EunHee:- mind your tone Jungkook.... Everyone is watching... And do as I said...or else...

Jk:- what ... What will you do... Beat me to death or will ask someone like your husband to molest me ... Or what...
I have been listening to all of your bullshit all along... I did whatever you asked me to do but not anymore... Not now....
I will not take back the complaint ... Do whatever you want to do... And I will take everything that my father left me for  I will not leave a single penny for you or your daughter..
I was considering them ... I literally thought that if you also went to jail they would suffer ... So I should do something.... But not anymore ... Not after you coming here and asking me to do all those things and rubbing it on my face that I am an orphan....
So Mrs Lee better watch yourself... We will meet in court now... You get that ...

With that jk gets up from him seat and comes to Mr Kang . Mr kang understood the situation and took jk along with him leaving EunHee alone...

EunHee:- this  bitch....

But when she turns everyone is judging her ... So she didn't say anything and left too...

After coming out both jk and Mr Kang are now sitting in the car... Tears are not stopping flowing down from Jungkook's eyes.

Mr Kang handed over some tissues to jk...

Mr kang:- Jungkook ... Don't cry ... You did right.... I am proud of you.... You stood up for yourself... So cheer up... Everything will be fine from now...

Jungkook hmms in that statement . Actually he was feeling light too. the pain in his chest is soothing away now...

Mr Kang:- let me take you to the court now... Your case will start at 2 in the afternoon... Let's get there after lunch okay...

With that they drove away from the cafe...

Time skip....

The court judgement came in favour of Jungkook. Lee Chang got imprisoned for 6 years for child molestation and physical and mental abuse.
And for EunHee her lawyer tried very hard to save her. They put all the blame on Lee Chang showing themselves innocent. But the prosecutor asked why she was unaware of how his son was suffering and about his school dropout.
When they saw they couldn't get rid of these she used her mother card for having too little children at home and no one to look after them if gets punished. She also said as she is the mother of jk she has the right to punish him on his fault which cannot be counted as physical abuse.

The judge didn't listen to her cause of violence. The judge asked if the punishment is to beat the person that his ribs got broken then she doesn't have that kind of rights. But as she has two more children to take care the judge punished her with 1 yr imprisonment and heavy fine.

Judges also order equal distribution of all assets between jk and his brother . In case of jk didn't want to take the property he has to be awarded with an equal amount of money  of the property value.

They appointed Mr kang as the legal guardian of Jungkook as per his request and also ordered a restraining order on jk's former family to not approach Jungkook in any manner.

Jaeyoung and Minsoo were also present during the proceedings. Minsoo was crying continuously and jae was blaming jk that he stretched out the matter too long.
The court handover their custody to EunHee 's parents for 1 year and ordered for speedy execution of the order.

Mr kang his wife and Mira all were happy for Jungkook...
They have already searched for a house near them which is completely suitable for Jungkook.

Jaeyoung wanted to confront Jungkook but chose not to because of the restraining order...

Jungkook one last time looks at his former family and his own brother... He only saw hate in their eyes .... Nothing else ... No guilt nothing.

Jk :- I think ... It's all for good.. i don't have to look back anymore.... I have no one in my life... I am free now...

Mira:- yes Hyung... It's your new life ... You don't have to look back ... You don't have to care for people who don't care about you... Live your life to the fullest... Life is too short to be constrained.

Jk:- I know... It's time to turn over new leaves in my life.
