Nico's p.o.v

(Y/N) was acting weird these past couple of weeks. I don't know if it was something I did or the stress from her job. I've been in the underworld for three days and I'm going home later today. I made a plan to ask her about it over dinner.

Six hours later.

(Y/N)'s p.o.v

You couldn't believe, it the thought of becoming a parent... it scared you. How would you and Nico protect the baby? What if you had a miscarriage you wouldn't be able to live with the thought of your dead child? What if you died giving birth? What if you weren't a good mom? You took a deep breath, Nico was going to be here in like three hours. You were going to make spaghetti and once he has eaten you offer him the pee stick. Oh what a wonderful plan. You thought.

Three hours later.

Nico's p.o.v

He was finally home!!! Yes! Time to ask what was wrong with (Y/N). As he walked through the door he smelled spaghetti. He frowned, she only makes spaghetti if she's had a bad day or a surprise. Both sounded sorta bad unless it was a good surprise.

Half way through the meal Nico noticed (Y/N) wasn't eating, just setting their staring at him with a nervous look on her face.

As he was finishing his plate Nico saw (Y/N) make her way to the bathroom. Odd first not eating, then just walking away without talking? When she came back she had her hands behind her back. She walked up to me silent still and handed me something?? I looked at it and noticed It was a pregnancy test!!! WHAT... ohh. I looked up at her not knowing what to say. Finally, I found words. I'M GONNA BE A DAD!!!! (Y/N) this is great!!! A baby, we're going to be parents!!! Why didn't you tell me earlier?

I.. um.. I didn't know what you would say or think. Can we even raise a child? Of course we can I believe that we will be awesome parents. Okay.. but we need to move out of this apartment!
