Sasuke woke to his elder brother Itachi opening his curtains, he grounded as he switched to the side away from the window. "Now now little brother, it's time to wake up and father wants to speak with you." Itachi pulled the covers off of Sasuke.
"C'mon Ita, it's too early for this. I thought now that school was out I can finally sleep in." Sasuke complained as he slowly sat up.
"Just because you're 18 it doesn't mean you can not respect me anymore." Itatchi lightly smacked Sasuke's head, "Also you lost the luxury of sleeping in when you became old enough to speak." Itatchi stood at the foot of Sasuke's bed staring at him as he waited for him to get up, Sasuke rolled his eyes as he stood up, stretched and walked towards the bathroom.
Itachi slowly shook his head as he sighed and left the room but before he left he called to Sasuke in the bathroom. "Ah, father wants you in his office in 10 minutes' '. Itachti smirked as he heard Sasuke frantically rushing his morning routine. 9 minutes later Sasuke ran into Fugaku's office panting, his father was currently eating a scone with jam as he stared at Sasuke with wide eyes.
"S..sasuke? Why are you here already? I asked itachi to let you know that I expect you here at mid-day" Sasuke started searching for a clock to check the time, when he found it he stared at it in shock and anger. "It's 7 in the morning!!!! What the fuck Itachi!"
Fugaku coughed as he put down his scone, "Ahem, since you're already here I'll just tell you the reasoning for calling you here." Sasuke rolled his eyes as he sat down on one of the chairs in front of his fathers desk.
"So, we've gotten a report that a couple of the nobles under our control have taken multiple kids from the slums and are selling them into slavery and such." Sasuke yawned as he crooked an eyebrow, tilting his head slightly to the side.
"And? How does this concern me exactly?" Fugaku sighed,
"I want you to go and get rid of any evidence of our being involved with them."
"Can't we just do that from here? Plus they're just a bunch of slum children. What's the worst that could happen to us?" He asked
"Well the families also have documents at their residences, I don't care about the children being sold, but if it ever gets out to the public that we are in contact with them our images will be ruined. I also have a feeling that if we don't act fast then the slum's wild card might get involved and leak the documents and destroy our reputation."
At this Sasuke finally got interested in the conversation, "A slum wild card? What's that?" A maniacal smirk could be seen slowly forming on his lips. Fugaku slowly raises an eyebrow at Sasuke's question.
"We don't know alot about him aside from basic information, he's a male, 15 and quite smart but also dangerous. All that we know of his appearance is his crystal blue eyes and his cheek with whiskers on them."
"How is he dangerous?" Sasuke was getting excited.
"From what we know, he's been able to track down anyone, he is insanely sneaky, some often refer to him as the slums fox, he's ruined almost all of the nobles who did something to upset the slums and he's avoided the whole country's guards searching for him." Fugaku sipped his tea.
"Heh, if I were to catch him what would happen?" Sasuke had a maniacal smirk on his face and Fugaku choked on his tea.
"You couldn't, nobody's been able to."
"But what if I do?"
"Well you're become globally known, the royal family might offer you a title or so much money you'd never know what to do with it." Fugaku eyed Sasuke as he laughed maniacally.
"I'll do it, just wait." with that Sasuke left his fathers office and headed to his room to start thinking of what course he should take
Around an hour later Sasuke's 'friend' Gaara walked in."Oh, since you're here, help me with something." Sasuke asked without even looking towards him,
"What do you want my help for?" Gaara questioned
"I'm planning to find the slum's little detective and take him back here." Sasuke smirked
"Uh, why? He hasn't done anything to you"
"He'll be useful to have under my control"
"K"
Gaara sat down on sasuke's bed as he started to look through the papers scattered, A few hours passed of the duo searching through news reports of the mysterious person until Sasuke had an idea.
"If I head to where they're holding the children he's probably hunting down I can plan an accidental meeting." Sasuke leaned back in his chair proud of himself for figuring out an idea
"What are you going to say though, if he sees you there then he'll just assume that you are with the nobles and he'll avoid or destroy you" Gaara pointed out and Sasuke felt himself getting excited at the thought.
"I could act like I went there to try and save the children then he'll trust me and boom."
"Can you promise that he'll trust you that quick, I mean you already look suspicious and quite frankly creepy with that smirk on your face currently." Gaara rolled his eyes as Sasuke glared at him.
"Fine fine go test it out, he'll probably be scoping out the area" Gaara sighed as he laid down on the bed
"Hn" Sasuke stood up and left his room, starting to head to the nobles estate.
