Hinata turned her phone off and turned to Momona who was packing the rest of her clothes into her box. "Are you done?" The brunette nodded and Hinata stood up, "I'll help you get your things downstairs."

"Thank you." The bluenette shook her head with a smile, grabbing one of the boxes that contained Momona's belongings and swinging a backpack over her shoulder,

"Oh, is my father coming as well?" The brunette shook her head as a fake regretful sigh left her lip and she placed a hand over her chest,

"I'm afraid not Hinata-sama, I'm truly sorry," she hummed, a laugh threatening to roll out as one of the maids walked past them. Hinata shook her head also, a sad sigh leaving her lips,

"Oh I would have loved to spend the Christmas with my dearest father," she sniffed, wiping the fake tears that rolled out from the corner of her eyes. Momona stared at her in awe,

"Ehhh? You're really good at this Hinata-sama! You just cried," she chuckled, dragging the box very unladylike down the spiral stairs. Hinata's sorrowful face quickly turned into a proud one as they finally reached the bottom stairs,

"It's a skill I learnt throughout my lifetime Momo-san, and I'm convinced it will help me in the future," she grinned, proudness literally evaporating from her.

"You're funny Hinata-san, and cute," Momona giggled, causing the bluenette to flush in embarrassment. They got outside where Naruto stood waiting, along with Neji and Tenten with the chauffeur that was meant to drive them to Kyoto, only there was no readied van to put their suitcase in. "We're here- hmm? Where's the car?" The stoic man in dark sunglasses even though it was the middle of December gave the brunette a small bow,

"It seems that we would be taking the private jet for the safety of Hinata-sama and Neji-sama as we might face paparazzi and news reporters on the way. Please follow me, Kai will get your things to the jet." Naruto let out a surprised hum, falling in line beside the bluenette who glared at her shoes as she walked,

"Hmm, do you get this kind of special treatment every year when you go to Kyoto?" He asked with a knowing smile, nudging the girl's shoulder. She let out a low scoff, rolling her eyes,

"Don't misunderstand," she said in a low voice so as not to be heard by the servants that were helping move their belongings, "He's hiding his face after that minor incident that went down in the conference a month ago. Something so little and he results to this," she laughed, "Seems my job is going to be easy," she muttered, walking ahead to talk with Momona who was with Tenten.

Naruto watched the back of her woollen jumper as her dark face quickly morphed into a happy one and she laughed at TenTen's joke. How does it feel like living a fake life like hers, always smiling at things even though she didn't find them amusing or shedding tears for someone even though her pain was far greater? How does it feel?

They boarded the jet that was quite massive for five people who were only travelling for an hour plus. Hinata took a seat by the window and Momona sat next to her. "What are you thinking about?" She asked, getting her earpiece out and putting one in Hinata's ear. The bluenette hummed, glancing out of the window,

"Just thinking of how fresh Hiashi's wounds are. I never thought something as little as that would take time to heal." Momona hummed in response, then let out a yawn, resting her head on the bluenette's shoulder,
