As they reached the top she realised its familiarity the roof where she'd kind of almost killed Clint she looked at him now he was also studying the roof

"ok why are we here?" she asked leaning against a random fan

"Bishop wrote a letter to explain but um read it out loud please cause im kinda confused ?"

He said pulling a letter from his pocket she opened it reading aloud

"Hey Belova,

I bet your confused and well Clint too but today youll be going on a journey, our journey to be specific so lets begin the roof where we knearly killed eachother all three of us ha best shot i ever took that day the one i didn't but this was only the beginning"

Clint took a map out of his pocket

"Come on next stop"

They walked into a building and headed into the elevator he clicked all the buttons

"oh god now i remember" she chuckled at the memory of her and Kate fighting

"Letter number 2" Clint said puling it from his jacket and she wondered if he had a million pockets or something now she knew why bishop kept buying mens jeans and jackets

"Dear Yelena,

At leat you knew my name this time round god you scared me so much and also you still owe me a drink while yuve been reading your next surprise is ready Clint?"

Looking up in confusion she saw Clint leave adn the doors close 'What the hell' she thought on the next floor Natasha entered

"Priviet Sestra" She said as though theyd just bumped into eachother in the street "Our stop" Nat led and somehow they were at the bottom floor though she swore she was heading up like 5 minuets ago is this a dream?

She sat behind Natasha on her bike as they drove to a shop getting off the bike she sat against the curb and felt a tear fall she pulled her knees closer to her chest 'Jesus christ bishop knows me well' she thought smiling despite still crying

"care to fill me in" Natasha asked sitting next to her on the curb

"After i quit with Valentina and all that well shit was hard-

Flashback

Sitting against the curb she rubbed her hands together to warm up when she studied the coins in her jar 'Not enough for today' she sighed looking around for more people she saw a dog walker crossing the roads the owners sillouhete was ownly just visible but the golden retriever was cute but as they came closer waiting to cross theyre faces wer caught in the street light and she panicked throwing her hood up and ducking into an alley she waited and decided to just rest shed been out all day anyway and she needed people to go to sleep before it was worth trying anyhing 'to be fair evil or not the red room was warm' she crossed her arms as someone entered the alley way

"Mac and cheese?"

She looked up to find Kate Bishop starind down at her holding out her hand

"Why were you on the street" Nat asked concerned

"Ive lived in the red room for so long i get out knowing a couple of basic skills but I sort of couldnt kill not after hearing clints side hed tried so hard to save a life and i just take just beacause im mad i lost my sister it gives me the right to kill other peoples sisters"

she paused standing up she wasnt on the streets anymore

"but freeing widows didnt pay and i didnt wanna contact your friend i mean i couldnt he was your friend so i lost my apartment and id break into peoples places eat and sleep if i could and try for money in the day i wouldnt steal if i could help it but Bishop saved me and well she gave me a home"

"Damn" Natasha leant against the wall "Here read aloud"

She handed her the letter and she read it

"Im sorry i hate this part beacause i couldnt be there for you but its one of the most amazing parts of our journey when i saw past your big bad assassin face i probably have some explaining to do i mean Natasha wasnt here but if she was you wouldnt have changed i thought having her with you telling her what you wouldnt have already brought up would show both our pasts kind of sucked but they led us to eachother i mean it sucks but without red room there'd be no Ali ,no kingpin no Clint you know"

She finished rubbing her thubs on the edge of the paper 'god damn optimist Bishop' she smiled to herself as Natasha pulled out  a map

"God bishops trying to make me cry now"
Natasha stated closing the map they both climbed on the bike driving to the hospital once again Yelena sat down why was there such emotion tied to one place

"Sestra there's a lot of gold at the end remember" Natasha said handing her an envelope leaning against the bench

"God hate this place but hey through the bad is good heck I think they've got a separate room just for me. Still we've got both our legs and somehow are arms oh yeah goodbye Natasha" She read aloud as she looked up Natasha drove off

"How much longer" she sighed as she looked up her mother was staring at her

"Giving up"

Wanda joined her

"I can't drive"

She held up her hands smiling as Yelena smiled to shaking her head. They were back on the road to...

The court, great

"Why here" she leaned against the column

"Catch and tell us" Wanda said throwing her an envelope she wanted to she her daughter and her girlfriend and I mean she's missing their anniversary on a goose chase sighing she opened it

"God you hate a lot of places but being your favourite optimist without this day you had no daughter. Don't worry 2 more stops but remember this day think over it  it was the inspiration for today's surprise"

As she got back in the car Wanda flew off and they headed back to the apartment but her mother locked the door great she was in for it

"I wrote the next one myself here" she handed her an envelope raising an eyebrow she opened it and began reading
