After the anniversary celebration was over, all the dancers and bartenders were driven home.

Except for Vanity.

She was currently sitting in Salem's black, GMC Yukon Denali, waiting for him.

She called to check in with Paris, but of course he was too busy to talk.

She didn't think to much about it, since she didn't have time to as she saw Salem walking out of his house.

He made it to the truck, getting inside with a heavy sigh leaving his mouth.

"What's wrong" Vanity asked placing her phone in the cup holder.

"Nothing you can fix" Salem deadpanned.

Sensing his attitude, Vanity decided to go mute for the rest of the ride.

They'd made it to the Condo, And Salem's attitude had somewhat went away.

They'd showered, ate and were now laying on his bed watching re-runs of Martin.

"Roscoe needed his ass beat!" Vanity playfully mugged the tv.

"With his snotty nose ass" Salem chimed in.

They watched two more episodes before Salem turned the tv's volume down and sat up.

"I need to talk to you" He said in a assertive tone.

"About?" Vanity wondered sitting up as well.

"I know sooner or later them people gone be trying to raid my club" He started off.

"So I need you, to get information from yo Fiancé for me" Salem looked over at her after his statement.

Vanity repeated his words in her mind a few times before replying.

"So your just using me for information?" She Asked standing up from his bed.

"I wasn't at first, I didn't even know he was your fiancé till Lauren told me" He spoke truthfully.

"But that's just a plus to us fucking around" He shrugged.

"I don't know, Salem I feel like he'd get suspicious if I ask too many questions" Vanity said fiddling with her nails.

"Just don't seem to interested, but interested enough to get information, ya feel me?" Salem explained.

"I guess" Vanity shrugged.

She then remembered what Paris told her the other day.

"Are they going to investigate me?" Vanity asked making Salem furrow his eyebrows at her.

"What? Who told you that?" Salem wondered.

"Paris said that they'd investigate me if something were to happen" Vanity exposed.

"Ain't nothing gone happen to you, trust me" Salem insisted.

Let's see how far her "trusting him" gets her....
