"I know this is a personal question but who was your birth mom?" Gaia asks because she was curious.
"I don't like talking about her. She wasn't good to me."
"you don't have to if you don't want to."
"Chris always hated her because she almost got me taken away."
"I don't blame him, you were always his little girl."
Gaia glanced at Priscilla and she had that blank look in her eyes making it obvious she was having a flashback from that night.
Flashback: to where they lived four blocks away from eachother
Chris decide to walk over to her house to check on her because
he hasn't heard from her all day, he was worried something
was going on.
Priscilla called the police on her own mom because she threatened
she was going to murder Priscillas if she ever spoke of anything that
went down behind those walls. She was scared!
A voice in Chris' head told him he needed to check on her immediately.
Once he arrived, there was at least 5 police cars in front of the house.
"Whats going on?" Chris asks the officers. "Wheres Priscilla?"
He was worried her heart stopped beating again until he saw her through her
bedroom window while the police officers was arresting her mother.
Chris could tell Priscilla was hesitating about going outside with her mom
until she saw Chris and came right outside.
She always felt safe around him...
Priscilla immediately hugged Chris tightly while shaking.
For how tiny she was at the time he was able to pick her up in his arm.
He did exactly that.
"Do you know her?" one of the officers asks.
"Yeah, were close." Chris answers the officers question.
"We might have to take her in because theres no way a little girl her age
could take care of herself."
Priscilla didn't like the sound of those words, she hugged Chris tighter.
Chris was the only one she ever trusted. She didn't want to get separated
from him.
"You don't have to do that, well take care of her."
"Whose we?"
"Me and my family."
Not only did that night scar and effect Priscilla but it also scared and effected Chris too!
"Oooohh, that's why hes always worrying about me when im not around." Priscilla thinks in her mind finally realizing it.
She sends him a quick text saying....
"i finally realise why your always worrying about me when im
not around. its because of that night, isn't it?" and pushes SEND
Chris replies pretty quickly saying
"Yeah, it is. That is a long term memory. im always worrying ill
get a call saying something is wrong"
Everytime he heard his phone go off when ever Priscilla isn't around he always thinks its about her.
