the call
R
Rosie heard Jennie giggled through her phone. She keeps on giggling at every thing Rosie tells her.
Her alibi using the thunder to ask for Jennie's social was successful. At first she wasn't sure what to say on the call, her mouth just keeps on blabbering nonsensical things but Jennie was giggling all through all that.
"I actually keep a slambook for every person I meet." Rosie shared while on call with Jennie.
'yeah? that's cute'
Rosie laughed. "It seems a little childish but I like taking notes of things. I even keep a notebook writing about the person I like."
Rosie stood up from her bed and took her slambook that was hidden under the shelves of her table. It was a secret possession. Her sisters would tease her keeping a slambook.
'hahaha no its not childish. thats just how you are.' Rosie smiled at her reply.
"Would you like to add?" Rosie asked. Rosie wanted to. She wants to know a lot more about Jennie.
Not waiting for Jennie's answer, she took the initiative. "I'll write your name first."
She went back to her bed and laid her slambook. Her phone beside the book so she can easily see Jennie's replies.
'hahaha suree!'
"Great!" She wrote down Jennie's name. Jennie Ruby Jane Kim.
"I really liked your middle name, Ruby Jane. It sounds so badass."
'haha no. you just like anything about me.'
Rosie left a surprised laugh. "Well, true. But it really is badass."
'okay haha I'll just say thank you.'
Rosie smiled as she finished writing the next information. "Next, nickname, Nini." She made sure to put a heart after the writing.
'yup. nini. sometimes, jen.'
"Okay, noted. But I'll call you Nini, because that fits you best."
'hahaha you can. for you, it's Nini. because ur someone close'
She already considers me as someone close to her? Help, I might go gay. Rosie can only melt.
"I'm writing the things I know first then I'll ask you about the things I don't. Is that okay?" Rosie asked. Jennie might be bored from just listening to her.
'yes. I'll check if it's correct.'
"Okay. Aged twenty-six young, address is very far from me. Is that right?"
'haha im not actually sure. i live at Freud beside the capital.'
(*note: such places mentioned in the story are purely finctional.)
"Aw that's really far. I live in Canto. That's two hours flight away."
Rosie wrote down Jennie's address. Sad that she's actually far from here.
"Uhm, do you have a motto?"
'haha thinking about it i dont think i have one.'
"Really? How about the first thing that comes to your mind is what I will write?"
'haha nothing really. choose one for me'
"Hmm, Time is Gold."
'hahahahaha'
