Akshu see Abhir come towards her so she compose herself and stand up adjust her saree to make her presentable.

Abhir put some music and both father-son duo dance while akshu adoring them with tearful eyes.

Akshu and Abhir bring cake and kept infront of abhi. And abhi closed his eyes and make a wish.
Ab(in mind) : mahadev please meri akshu or junior ko humesha khush rakhna or agar mujhe doosri zindagi mili to hum ek happy family ki tarah rahe or is par koi aanch naa aaye.
Abhi cut the cake and feed first bite to abhir and then akshu. Abhir and akshu too feed abhi.
Ak: Abhir chal tujhe kal school jaana hai na late ho gaya hai to aaja tujhe sula deti hu

Akshu slept abhir in room and return in the garden and saw Abhi sit there in the bench .
Ak: Abhi
Ab: haa abhir so gaya
Ak: haa
Ab: akshu kya hua tum theek to to hona?
Ak: iye to mujhe tumse poochna chaiye abhi kya tum theek ho
Ab: haa mujhe kya hua hai
Ak: abhi jhooth mat bolo sach sach batao
Ab: Ak.. Akshu mai.. Main theek hoon
Ak: then why are you stammering?
Ab: akshu kya pooch rahi ho
Ak: to phir tumhe city hospital se call kyu aaya or tumhari konsi surg.. Surgery ke baare main bol rahe the
Abhi look at akshu with shocked expression. How akshu know about this?
Ak: aise mat dekho hospital se call aaya tha koi tumhari surgery ke baare main bol rahe the
Abhi didn't want akshu know about this and he can't saw akshu breakdown.
Ab: bo.. Bo mujhe ek surgery karni hai kal to unlogo ne mujhe appoint kiya hai
Ak: DON'T YOU DARE TO LIE MR. ABHIMANYU BIRLA BECAUSE MY HEART KNOWS THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG.
Abhi couldn't expect this and suddenly rain start heavily and both of them drenched.
Ak: ANSWER ME ABHIMANYU WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?
Abhi can't take this he can't bear his akshu anger and realise that akshu deserve to known about his condition.
Ak: ABHIM....
Abhimanyu cut off her
Abhi held her by shoulders and pulled her towards himself.
Ab: BECAUSE I AM SUFFERING FROM BRAIN TUMOUR AND IT'S LAST STAGE THE DOCTOR SAID I HAVE NO TIME..
Abhi leave her and start running his fingers in his hair and breathing heavily by saying this.
Akshu stood on her spot froze.
No.. No.. No.. This can't happen life can't be much cruel to her.. Noo.. No
Her Abhi di... diee no... noo
This can't happen abhi can't leave her...
Abhi couldn't see her in this state so he pulled her in a tight hug..
Ab: akshu kuch bolo naaa (crying) akshu please kuch bolo naa i know humare saath aisa nahi hona chaiye please kuch to bolo..
Akshu push him in anger and pulled him by coller.
Ak: How dare you? How are you Abhimanyu to say these things to my Abhi. You know my abhi can't leave me. My Abhi can't leave our son. You are not my Abhi. You are not. And nothing happened to my Abhi nothing he.. he can't die..die no.. noo.. (Shout) nooooo
Akshu start breathing heavily and abhi understand akshu had a panic attack. Akshu fell on ground and Abhi too while hold her. Both are crying.
Ab: Akshu breathe please akshu baby breathe.. Breathe in.. breathe out... Okk now sing please hum karo... Please akshu mere liye junior ke liye.. Please..
Akshu start humming with Abhi..
Lag jaa gale ki phir iye haseen raat ho naa ho.....
Shayad phir iss janam main mulakaat ho naa ho..
Lag jaa gale....
Ki ki ki....
Akshu breathes normally and akshu saw abhi and next moment she hugged him tightly like her life is depending on him.
Both cry..
Abhi while crying.. : akshu i dont.. don't want to.. to die mujhe tumhare or junior ke saath rehna hai akshu please tum apne kanhaji se bolo naa maine bhi mahadev se bola hai please.. Akshu i do.. don't want to die..
Abhi crying countinously and akshu pulled back and cupped his cheeks with her tiny hands.
Ak: YOU ARE NOT DYING ABHI . GET THIS SENTENCE STRAIGHT IN YOUR MIND. AND DON'T YOU DARE TO SAY THIS AGAIN OKK PROMISE KARO
Ab: Promise..
Ak: or haa jab tak akshu zinda hai tab tak abhi ko bhi kuch nahi ho sakta.
Ab: akshu lekin report..
Ak: Abhi tumhe samajh nahi aaya kya maine kya bola tumhe kuch nahi hoga kuch nahi you are live with me Or our son forever.
Ab: akshu chalo andar chalte hai hum bheeg bhi gaye hai phir cold ho jayega
Ak: okk but abhi keep remember WE ARE TOGETHER..
AB: YES WE ARE TOGETHER....
Both goes inside and change and lie down with abhir in middle.. Both hug abhir and sleep...
But they don't know what future held for both them.....
I am crying while write this chapter. I hope you all liked it.
