Elena was walking into the lunch room with her lunch in her hand. She sat down at her normal table just waiting for Miguel, Demetri, and Eli to come to the table. While she was waiting, she got her phone.
She saw Sam walk by with her lunch and saw her looking for a seat. She went towards Aisha and saw that she was rejected for sitting there too. Next thing she sees is Sam walking towards where Kyler's table.
"Think it's funny to spread lies about me?" Sam said crossing her arms. "What are you talking about? We saw a movie, and that's it." Kyler said. "Well, maybe I saw a little bit more than you." Kyler added on.
Elena didn't want to admit it but she felt bad for Sam in the moment. She knew Sam wasn't the type of person to just go suck a dude off and in a public too, she knew that the whole thing was a lie. She saw Miguel walk up to Kyler. Next thing she see is Kyler and his boys fighting Miguel fighting each other in the cafeteria.
Elena couldn't believe Miguel beat up all those boys all by himself. She saw Miguel stand up on the table and she could see him and Sam staring at each other. She couldn't help but feel a little jealous. The moment of honoring Miguel for his amazing karate skills was interrupted by the counselor pulling Miguel by his arm.

Elena was standing outside of Cobra Kai along with Miguel and some other students. Johnny has pulled up and walked towards Miguel and Elena. "Looks like we're in business." Johnny said unlocking the door.
Everyone was now on the mat and was looking at the video of Miguel vs Kyler and his boy that surfaced around the internet. Only Miguel, Aisha, and Elena were warming up in their new gi Johnny gave them. "Quiet!" Johnny said and that made everyone turn their heads towards him.
"Face front." Johnny said. Everyone turned towards him. Johnny started walking by everyone looking at everyone and insulting some of them. Johnny then told everyone to fall in and Elena just sighed and shook her head because why would Johnny think they would know what fall in means.

Let's just say the day at the dojo wasn't the best for Demetri and Eli. Elena was walking down the hallway with Eli. "Hey I'm sorry about yesterday. I don't know what sensei was thinking when he talked about your scar." Elena said apologizing for Johnny's sad behavior. "Elena just don't. You don't need to have sympathy for me." Eli said putting his hand out.
"What? Eli I care about you and seeing you hurt because of that hurt me." Elena exclaimed. "So why didn't you say anything then? Huh? Demetri was the only one who stood up for me. Unlike im you he's a real friend." Eli said walking away. "Eli." Elena called out but he was already far from her.

The start of Elena's day had already been shitty. She just hoped being at the dojo would make all this leave her mind.
"Ok. Everybody fall in." Johnny said as he walked out of his office. "Where is everyone?" Johnny asked in disbelief. Miguel and Elena just looked at each other.
"Crater face? Nose Ring? Slingshot?" Johnny asked. "Well. You were pretty hard on them yesterday and the names are just not it." Elena explained. "Elena shush. They quit sensei." Miguel said disappointed.
"Are you serious? I mean, good. That was a test. I wanted to see who the quitters are. Not you guys." Johnny said. Elena turned to Miguel and said "He's obviously upset about them leaving." "You think?" Miguel said. Elena wasn't feeling it with Miguel's attitude so she just left him alone.
"Lip. Look. Even lip's tougher than those guys." Johnny said pointing at Eli. Elena looked at Eli with sympathy. "Could you please not call me that?" Eli muttered. "Sensei please don't call him that." Elena said looking at Johnny sadly. "No, Lip has something he wants to say." Johnny said as he looked at Eli.
Johnny walked up to Eli and started making fun of Eli about his scar. All the things Johnny said to Eli made him walk away with tears in his eyes. "What the hell?" Elena exclaimed following Eli.
"Eli I'm so sorry he said that. He was wrong for what he said." Elena said rubbing Eli's shoulder. "And once again you didn't step up for me." Eli said looking at her with tears in his eyes. "Eli I don't know how to step up to my teacher that's most likely to insult a kid and I care about you because look right now I'm with you." Elena said.
"Get away from me. If Demetri was here, I wouldn't have felt this way right now. I'm done with Eli. I'm switching it up. There won't be anymore Eli Elena." Eli said walking away bumping Elena's shoulder in the process.
Elena saw Miguel walk out of Johnny's office and out the front door. She quickly followed behind him. "Miguel!" Elena yelled. "What?" Miguel said. "What the hell is wrong you? Ever since you stepped into the dojo today you've been having a shitty attitude." Elena crossed her arms. "Just leave me alone. Please" Miguel said sadly. "Alright. For as long as you want I guess." Elena said walking away from Miguel.
Later that night, Elena was wondering about her feelings for Miguel. She wondered if she actually liked them more than a friend.
