So my city holds its pride parade every year during August Long Weekend, and this was the first time in around 10 years that I was able to go! :D
But before I show you guys some pictures I took, here's a sketch concept of Vega's little sister-She's not finished yet, I don't rlly like the tail & ill probs change a few things.
So, here's what I wore to the parade:
(ft. My friend in the bg)
Basically the outfit is low-waisted brown linen pants with pirate-pant-style buttons and a black lacy camisole-type tank top with a black pinstripe backless vest overtop.
I got the lesbian pin for free from a tent booth thing the day before, and I also coloured a piece of paper to turn it into the genderfae flag so they could make it into a pin for me.And here are all of my crystal bracelets:
From left to right I have pink aventurine, something I like to call "watermelon jade" (it's just jade with some pink in it I think, at least that's the closest I could find when I looked it up), Jade & obsidian, and onyx :]
They make SUCH a nice clicking noise when they rub against each other it makes my brain feel bubbly 😋Also I get all the babes 😔 /j
At the parade one person on rollerskates (makin me real sad I didn't wear mine) saw my lesbian flag and started waving theirs around wildly and cheering, and then another person in rollerskates riding in the trunk of a car called out "I love you !!" To me, and finally someone stepped out of the parade to walk straight up to me and tell me they liked my heart-shaped sunglasses (unintentional Lana Del Rey ref)
they were all around my age dw-It was making me think about how when I go to my summer camp on the 27th people might actually flirt with me ??
Cause like 70% of people going are queer, my age, & looking for a partner
So YEAH I hope I'm someone that people talk about and I hope they think I'm hot 🤭
