This isn't art in the traditional sense, but I'd say it's still a form of art :]
I had made a couple of the chevron ones in like gr 7 or smth, but I decided to get back into it since a few of my friends and cousins are.
^ This was my practice chevron, it ended up being wayy to short to be a bracelet to I js attached it to my phone. But I love the colours sm, so I'll probably re-make it
^ I made this one for my dad. He picked out the colours & this is his wrist in the picture (my arms aren't quite that hairy 💀)
^ this is the first successful bracelet that I made for myself !!
In my fav colour, ofc <3
I had a little trouble figuring out how to start on the second heart because it wasn't included in the tutorial I was watching, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly^ the second bracelet I'm making for myself !! Thought I'd try out candy stripe, since it's so easy. It's supposed to be the trans flag, but I didn't bother to put in a second string of pink to go after the white.
I've been on a roll! I started making them two days ago, & I have plans for so many more. I want to make a lesbian or genderfae one but I don't think I have the right colours of strings ??
I remember when I was in like gr 5-6 I had a "boyfriend" who would make these kinds of bracelets for me. I wore them EVERY SINGLE DAY and they were SO dirty because ig I didn't bother to wash them in the shower ??
Anyway I don't know where they are anymore & they're probably wayyy too small for me cause I was a tiny prepubescent child back then.
