Arknights: Mind Maze

Prologue

As the morning came there in a dark and cold part untouched by the sun piercing hot but warm rays, there was in a broken building the figure of a person laying on the floor.

As just by little some of the sun rays made their way into the abbondoned building, the body of the person laying there began to move as little by little he began to wake up.

Pov Change:???

After i regained clarity i started to feel nauseus...As i look around me i only see rubble, broken furniture and pieces of windows glass layed around the floor in what i assume was a destroyed building complex. Other than that i tried remembering what happend before i was unconsciuss.

I remember that i was at home after doing research in the laboratory i work for and then going home to eat and then go to sleep

I also searched for my documents and keys and everything else on my person.

Nothing is missing, That's good.

After that i then got up from the floor, immediatly i taken my phone from my pockets after that i tried going on any app i had and it didnt work unless it was made to be offline. atleast it was 96% charged but still nearly useless.

At this point i made my way to the destroyed part outside this room by a bunch of destroyed stairs outside a part of the wall that was destroyed.

Like this i made my way outside to see the wiew that people would normally describe as bone-chilling.

It seemed as if a behemoth passed there and destroyed everything.

Piles of bodies killed in every way you could immagine.

Death everywhere you looked for even a slimmer of life, that's if you dont count the insects feasting on the bodies of this people.

As i was looking at the situation in front of me in couldn't just stay there and wait for whatever killed all of this people to find me.

As i thinked this i returned from my stupor into alert and started scouting the area for any danger very slowly as i made my way out of this area.

After that i started to walk in the direction where there weren't that many bodies as to try and avoid danger.

After that i started to exit the area i awake in into a more secure area where there wasnt that much destruction.

That's until i heard somebody coming in my direction.

I immediatly ducked behind some rubble i found and eliminated any source of sound in my hiding place and stayed silent.
