I woke up the next morning to the sun rise. Groggily, I pushed myself up out of the bed and forced my body to sit up. I looked over at Hermione's bed and noticed that she was still asleep. I smiled and got out of bed, making sure not to wake everyone else. I quietly dressed in my uniform and decided to go down to the Common Room. I grabbed one of my books before heading out the door and down to the Common Room.

When I got there, it was empty. As I walked in, the fire started and I sat down in one of the crimson love seats. I looked at the book cover, Ancient Greek ruins were written on the cover. I smiled when I read the title. I had grabbed Hercules: The True Story. And of course, Chiron had written it. Also, to no surprise, it was written in Ancient Greek. Fortuneatly, I could read Ancient Greek. And this was one of my favorite stories.

I started reading it, and by the time I was about half way through (I was a fast reader), Harry came down the stairs. He saw me and smiled. He walked over to me and read over my shoulder. He gasped and said, "Good God Arabella!"

I jumped and dropped my book. I looked up at Harry and said, "By the gods, Harry!" I leaned over and picked my book up. "Tell someone you're there before startling them."

He was looking at me confused. "How can you read Ancient Greek?" he asked.

I glanced away and said, "I studied that language. Besides, some of the great literary works are only in Ancient Greek. That, and it works the brain."

Harry laughed and said, "And I thought Hermione really liked books."

I raised an eyebrow and threw a pillow at Harry. "Hey, I can like books too you know."

Harry batted away the pillow and said, "I know."

I rolled my eyes in amusement and closed the book. I glanced at the clock and said, "What are you doing up so early?"

Harry smirked. "I could ask you the same thing."

I laughed. "True. But you're never up this early. And before Hermione."

"None of us are usually up before Hermione," Harry replied.

I smiled and said, "You're bringing up excellent points, but you still haven't answered the question."

Harry grinned and shrugged. "I don't know. I just decided to wake up early."

"Right," I said sarcastically.

Harry chuckled and shook his head. At that moment, Hermione walked down the stairs and the Common Room soon filled up with kids. The three of us talked until Ron finally got downstairs. Then we headed out of the Common Room and down to the Great Hall for breakfast.

"Ms. Skytope?" the history teacher asked, seeing my hand in the air.

I lowered my hand and said, "Ma'am, I believe this article is wrong."

"Oh?" the teacher said. "And what makes you say that?"

I lowered my hand and said, "It says here that Zeus sent Hades to the Underworld for his deed. That isn't true."

A few kids sniggered and mumbled things like, "What is she talking about?"

The teacher raised an eyebrow and said, "Ms. Skytope, these are just myths and legends. It doesn't matter if they are wrong or right. And even if they are right, how do you know that it is wrong? I don't believe you major in mythology-"

"I don't," I said, "but my father does. He talked to one of the Greecian Elders who knows the true story. You see-"

"Ms. Skytope," the teacher said, "I'm sure you're story is fascinating, but I have a class to teach. Now since you have taken up some of my time, that'll be 5 points from Gryffindor."
