Mauls POV

I cackled to myself narcoticly as a shuttle navigated through a hole in mandolor and landed on a temporary landing pad that was apart of my separatist mandolorian base. four droids walked out and a stretcher with a med droid pushing it floated out. the figure on the stretcher was motionless and covered in a blanket the chest rose and fell but no sound ensued. skywalkers little brat was now my pawn I could use her as A safety if the jedi were ever to find me. I escorted the young girl to the holding cell I would keep her until the time I would have a use of her. The med droid was supposed to have given her a vital suppressor and a seditive to insure she would be docile if she woke up. Her stretcher was raised to an upright position. I started at her for a moment and left leaving two ninja droids to watch her knowing that if sky walker ever got word of what I did before I was ready he would break her free.

Kenobi POV

Mace laid beside me one his stomach his eyes in a binocular we had started through the tunnels three hours ago following the origin of the scream but on our way we came to a separatist patrol we folowed them back to an outcroping overlooking an entire separatist operation we sat there for about fifteen minutes before my atmosphere alarm went off. A shuttle came in a few minutes later unloading a person under a sheet. I got a weird feeling about it.

"Mace is your Survey done yet its almost morning and we'll be exposed if we stay here much longer we need to go. Now!"

"Patience kenobi, maul is down on the landing pad I'm marking his position"

Finally we both got up. I looked back once more as maul pulled the sheet of the figure it looked like it was a togruta but mace pulled me away before I was able to get a closer look.
   When we arived back at camp Jesse had Anakin passed out in his bed. I asked him what Anakins condition was. Anakins fever had broken he still mumbles in his sleep but he will be able to up and fight later today. I went to my tent to recoup and rest but rex threw open the flap on my tent I sighed.

"What can I do for you rex?"

"Sir I'm sorry to interupt you, but we were unable to establish contact with commander tano. General Skywalker asked us to contact her and check up on her but we were unable to. I called the Chancellor to send somebody to find her. The scout reported that her villa town house was ransacked and that she was nowhere to be found."

"Does Anakin know about this yet?"

"No sir he hasn't woken since he broke his fever"

"Good do me a favor and don't tell him. Go get mace I have something to tell him."

"Yes sir"

Rex POV

Ahsoka was MIA. I put my helmet on in an attempt to cover up the tears coming down my face she couldnt be missing. no. I ran into the caves after telling Jesse that I was going on a recon mission. I was gonna find ahsoka I tracked back to where Kenobi and mace had reported a hideout. When I finally came to the ledge. it was dark I turned off my comm and took out my binos. I looked down as I settled my self on the out groping the shuttle was still on the makeshift landing pad and there where two druids guarding the entrance I grabed my pistols and shot the side of the cave with the cable and lowered myself to the outside of the landing pad. Crouching down I hurried to the side of the shuttle and concealed my self there thinking strategy. I looked around and saw that the back side of the shuttle was faced away from the driods and was open. I packed my guns away and slowly moved to the back of the shuttleas I boarded the droids changed shifts and transitioned I crouched near the door
And listened.

"... Lord Maul wants the asset under the highest security you are to report there next"

"Roger roger"

I was confused.

"The asset?"

I whispered to myself. The volume of my voice startled me the helmets amplifier made my noises sound louder. I turned to see if the droids had heard me. They hadn't. still looking stupidly into the distance. I went to the cockpit to see if I could use the navigation computer to triangulate the ships last destination. Nothing. The computer was wiped. I looked around the room it was an unusual transport shuttle. Its kind was typically used for medical and prisoner transport. I took a second to see if I could find any other clues about the ship. I then remembered a trick general skywalker showed me that they use to track cad bane to mustafar. I opened the fuel computer and searched around I found that the last place this place had refilled was naboo in the same city as Ahsoka was in before she went missing. I stumbled backwards. Ahsoka was here. I felt like my breath had been taken out of me I hit the wall on the opposite side of the shuttle and fell. I was devistated. What had they done with her. I ran out of the shuttle but stopped myself before the droids could see me and stood there paralysed in shock I walked back into the shuttle grabbed my comm off the fuel computer and closed it. I got up and as I did I heard a small crunch under my boot. I lifted my foot slowly and noticed a part of ahsokas headdress I picked it up. What if this was the only piece of her I had left. She was the one thing keeping me feeling like a human still. I spent a gokd portion of my life killing and watching my brothers die, so many of them I had seen thrown away like garbage and yet I was able to protect her my one precious stone in a pile of ash. I clipped the beads onto my belt and headed back for camp. I looked back at the base and let my self weep as I turned and ran.
