It hasn't occurred to Elysia that there would be someone else with her in the middle of the night. The sudden voice from behind her ringed in her ears as she jumped and turned around, trying to locate whoever it was.

Hiding beneath the dark shadows, the individual stood near the entrance of the terrace. Elysia couldn't tell who it was as it was too dark for her to see. "Who's there?" She called out.

Nothing. Nothing but silence.

An eerie feeling rushed throughout her body as she slowly began to reach behind her for her wand. Holding it tight in her grasp, she pulled it out and pointed it straight into the darkness.

Emerging from the shadows revealed a tall figure. The moonlight illuminated his long, blonde hair as he strides forward into the opening. Immediately, her eyes were locked with his intimidating gaze. The forest green eyes gave a firm yet gentle impression. "My apologies, I didn't mean to frighten you."

Still not letting her guard down, Elysia held out her wand as if she's ready to attack at any chance that was given to her. She was expecting something else out of him. Anything but a smile.

"I have many questions running through my mind at this moment. Most importantly, why would a beautiful woman be out here, wandering alone by herself?" He asked.

Elysia scoffed. Of all the men she had encountered, they always had the same things to say. Inferring that she was weak simply because she's a woman living in a world full of evil men. "I can take care of myself, possibly take care of you too." She replied with offense.

The stranger didn't say anything else after that. It took a moment for him to utter something. "Who are you?"

"Elysia Le-". She stopped herself before she got too far. It was purely out of instinct for telling people her name. Her maiden name. But now that she's married, she wasn't sure if it's proper to call herself that anymore. She had to be careful. As this stranger could be anyone that wanted to hurt her.

He raised his eyebrows, patiently waiting for Elysia to finish introducing herself to him. But truly, he already knew who she was. He just wanted to hear it from her.

As if she's been caught lying, she cleared her throat and replied anxiously, "Just Elysia."

"Just Elysia." He confirmed right back at her. "And what is your business in Riddle's Manor?"

"I should ask you the same thing. After all, I live here." She replied with confidence.

There was a moment between the two where no one said a word except for the howling wind. All they did was stare at each other, daring one another to make a move. He finally took a step forward as Elysia took a step back, still aiming her wand at him. It was too soon to realize that her back had hit the railing of the terrace. Trapped.

"Easy now, I'm not going to hurt you." He said while holding out both hands in the air. Trusting her gut, Elysia lowered down her wand while still maintaining contact. "You must be Riddle's new wife."

"New wife? Are you implying that he's been married before?" She joked around.

"No, actually." He chucked. "Riddle is not the kind to be married twice or even married at all. Which surprised me as to what you did to have him agree to marry you."

Elysia had then realized that every person she's ever met that has associated themselves with Riddle referred to him as Lord Voldemort. But why is this particular person different?

"What makes you think that I wanted to marry him in the first place?" she laughed.

He broke contact and instead focused his attention somewhere else. He didn't say much before asking, "Do you happen to know where Riddle is?"
