M/n runs out of the house to the field, trusting that Zhongli can take care of the youngest of the three. He hurriedly gathered herbs to combat the stimulant running through Tartgalia's veins. As he frantically dashes around he smaches straight into none other than Dottore, who looked bewildered by this. He opens his mouth but M/n quickly slaps the doctor and then manipulates his vision to tie him up with roots and just for extra measures he slaps Dottore again but even harder than the first time. "What did you do to Taglia!!"
"That's why I am here, please put me down so I can-"Angered M/n slams the doctor down on his side but doesn't let him go, he only tightens the restraints. "Gah! I-I understand you're angry but this time for once in my life I wasn't trying to do anything harmful-"
"As if I'd believe a lunatic like you!!"
"I'm telling the truth, check my left pocket."M/n took a moment to think before stashing his gathered herbs in his hanfu's sleeve and reaching into the pocket, there was an identical bag to the one Tartgalia had but this one said pain medicine on it when the bag from before didn't have a label. There was also a note with instructions on what time to take the medicine. "Pain medicine...for fucks sake, Your writing is awful...No wonder he took it without a second thought. You need to practice your writing-Wait that's not the point! Why did he need this?"
"He's been holding back his foul legacy form from happening. On the last mission he went on, he encountered Abyssal miasma which made him restless, anxious, and nearly feral. So I made medicine for him, the week I got here but it wasn't strong enough because he kept encountering the same symptoms."
"And those symptoms are?"M/n lifted Dottore from the ground and brought him closer, glaring at the doctor. He actually gets a bit hot under the collar because M/n is scarier than Columbia at this moment. "Eh extremely high fever, body aches, uhh sensitivity to certain scents–"

Xiao and Gale try not to laugh but Ai drops to her knees clutching her stomach as the sound of laughter flows from her lips. "Ooooh my gosh!! Did you drag him through the grass or did you beat him into it!?"
"He sort did both but more on the dragging side..."
"Oh shut up, you brought that on yourself."M/n said while smacking Dottore on the back of the with a random sandal he found. The Dendro user walks upstairs and enters the room with the correct medicine. He gives Zhongli a quick rundown of what is going on. He grounds up the medicine to powder, slips it into Tartaglia's mouth, and gets the male to drink a bit of water before lying him back down. "Who knew he'd experience something like this, do you uh...You know?"
"Yes, just because I'm 6000 years old doesn't mean things stop working. A dragon's heat happens every spring. I'm not sure about Abyssal beings but given how young Tartgalia is, this is just pre-heat. He probably assumed he was sick and asked Dottore to make medicine for him, which also explains why you couldn't heal him, heat isn't something to be healed."
"I'm just happy he's fine now. Hells my hand still stings from how hard I slapped Dottore."Zhongli chuckles at that reveal, he finds himself laughing at the sight of the crazy doctor timidly following the angry house husband. The former geo Archon was happy as well, the entire time he worried that Tartgalia would leave them in the blink of an eye... "Zhongli?"
"....I fear the day you both leave me behind, I wouldn't know what to do when that day comes."
