Murphy walked out to everyone with a knife at Gabriels throat, "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the main event of the evening, an adjustment for the demon Gabriel himself" people started hissing as a man mocked on the tavern door, Gabriel pulled away slightly only for Murphy to pull him back to him, "Easy, big boy. Got room for one more?" He asked the adjuster from before.

The women looked hesitant for a moment before bowing to the man, "Right this way, holiness" she said as she led him into the tavern.

Indistinct chatter sounded the doors to the tavern closed as Echo, Octavia, Zenix, Shad, Bellamy and Juno sat on a roof that had a perfect view of the tavern, "As soon as someone else knocks on that door, they'll know we took the Tavern" Echo stated.

Bellamy nodded at her words, "That's where we come in. Gabriel and Murphy control the inside. We make sure no one else gets inside" Bellamy said as he continued to watch the people down below them.

"If that happens, it'll be thirty on six" Echo said as she looked at the Blake siblings and the Kane man.

Octavia turned to look back at Echo, "I like our chances" she said with a small smile.

Back in the Tavern voices whispered as their blood was all over on the floor, "The forest is awake. The vines pierce your skin. The swarm is devouring you. Do you feel it? The Primes will save you if you let them" the Adjusters whispered as Murphy and Gabriel we're led inside.

"Zev, we have a special guest" the woman said softly as Murphy looked to the man who kissed him with a disturbed look, "Is something wrong, your grace?" She asked softly as Gabriel was forced to kneel.

"No. Let's get this over with. Dose us both. I need adjusting, too" Murphy said as he passed his jacket to someone else and walked up to Zev who was holding the ladle, "Something went wrong with my resurrection. My memory is shot" Murphy said softly as Zev gave a sad nod and smile, "For the glory and grace of me" he joked before he took a sip.

The woman walked back over to Gabriel, "I'm sorry this happened to you" Gabriel said softly.

The woman looked back to him shocked but put the knife to his throat as Zev came over with the ladle and put it near Gabriels mouth, "Your blood or the blood of Sanctum" she said scaresly, he turned his head and took the liquid into his mouth.

The adjuster nodded as she opens the door ,she exits and locks door from the outside, "We purify Sanctum through fire! Get the fuel! Soak it down! Together, we send the Demon and his false prophet to Hell!" She yelled as she picked up one of the torches and walked back to the tavern.

Bellamy and the others were quick to jump into action, "Leave the torch and back away" Bellamy demanded as Octavia stepped forward.

"Those are your people in there. Help us save them" she pleaded but the woman just shook her head.

"That's what we're doing. Their sacrifice will be a blessing to us all" the adjuster said as she walked back towards the Tavern.

Echo walked forward, "Can't let you do that" she said before she punched the woman causing an all out fight.

Inside the Tavern, Zev was sat in front of Murphy, "The toxin is quick in this host" he said lightly as Murphy looked to be out of it.

The shouting outside finally made itself known to the people inside the Tavern, Murphy suddenly leaned forward and grabbed Zev, "Sorry about this. You really do seem like a nice guy. Good kisser, too" he said before knocking him out as he and Gabriel stood.

Octavia lunged at someone, "I got these guys! Go for the torches! Keep them away from the Tavern!" She yelled as the others moved to guard the Tavern and fight off who ever came close.
