☆Tatiana Douglas' pov.★
"Dear self, |
it's okay if today |
did not go as planned." |
———————————"Tati, you have work you need to get up" I hear mami say as she begins to look through my closet for my outfit. "But mami, I'm still tired.." I mumble into my pillow. "So am I, but you don't see me complaining."
With that being said I slide off of my bed and stretch out my arms. My bed is hanging from the ceiling courtesy of Papi. It wasn't too high but it did hover just enough for it to swing a bit.
I make my way into my bathroom finishing my business before turning on my shower and brushing my teeth while the water warmed up. Mami knows that I'm a little and fully supportive of it, and sometimes decisions are hard so I let mami figure them out for me.
Like picking out my clothes or doing my hair, sometimes mami even helps me eat breakfast because I don't like like food feels ever. She says that I have sensory issues and that it's normal for multiple people around the world.
I don't know though it's something about when foods are mushy and sticky and gooey, it's just gross. Mami try's to get food that don't have any of those properties but it's kind of hard.
"Tati, come on so you can eat before we leave" mami says through my open bathroom door. I turn off the water and make my way into my room after sliding on my slippers before I stepped on the floor.
I blush at the pull-up laying on top of my outfit with a slight pout on my face before walking over to my bed. "Don't you make that face, must I remind you of what happened just yesterday?" Mami asked making me shake my head.
I might have had a little accident at work and Papi had to bring me a pair of clothes but it wasn't my fault! The bathroom is all the way in the back and I was in the front of the store, so yeah!
I pout as Mami helps me put on my pull-up and my whole outfit before styling my hair. "Mami I want cereal" I tell her just as she finishes putting on my shoes.
"That's something I can make" Mami says making me smile as we make our way downstairs. "Good morning bug" Papi says making me smile and run to him once I made it to the bottom of our stairs."Papi! Look mami did my hair!" I tell Papi, even though it's an everyday occurrence. Today it was a simple mid puff making me smile happily since it didn't take any pulling on my scalp.
"I see it bug, do you like it?" Papi asked me making me nod my head vigorously, "that's a good thing then, hm?" Papi says making me smile as he sets me down on one of the bar stools.
"We're running low on her blood bags again" Mami tells Papi as she sets down my sippy cup and a bowl of cereal. Smiling I pick out my cereal one by one chewing slowly so I don't choke like last time.
