☆Tatiana Douglas' pov.★.
"Papi I want some!" I tell Papi when he goes to eat some of his omelette. I usually don't like omelettes but when papi gets one I have to eat it, duh.
"You didn't want an omelette you wanted waffles and eggs" Papi says making me pout. "Please?" I ask remembering to use my manners this time before asking.
With a sigh Papi reluctantly gives me a bite of his omelette making me smile and eat it happily. "I though you wanted waffle?" Mami asks making me nod. "Papi food better" I tell her making her hum.
After a few more bites of Papi's omelette I was happy to just sit in Mami's lap until it was time to go. "Mami I wanna go look at the fishies" I tell Mami making her nod, as I happily skip over to the fish tank in the diner.
"Hello again darling" an all to familiar voice says making me look up and past her face. Instead of answering I smile and point to the fishies swimming around the castle that was in the tank with them.
"I see the fish" Mara says with a smile. "Why are those people in fancy suits always around you?" I ask Mara with a serious face. "Well thats because I'm very special little one" Mara says making me pout, "me too" I tell her, making her agree.
"Are you here all alone or are you with family?" Mara asks. "With my family, and and ray jay came back!" I tell her excitedly. "Wow, that must be super exciting then huh?" Mara says to which I nod and hold her hand pulling her to where there are more fishies.
"Look it's swimming around" I tell her pointing at the tank making sure she's looking. Of course she is making me smile as we talk about fish for the next 10 minutes.
"Well love, we should get your back to your family hm?" Mara says making me nod and hold her hand allowing her to lead me to the table my family was sitting at. "I think a little someone is missing from this table" Mara says making Mami look up with a shocked expression.
"Queen Amara!, so good to meet you" Mami says with a smile, not one of her fake ones this one was real. "Mami this is my friend, not a queen" I huff stomping my foot making Amara chuckle.
"Darling I am the queen, but I am also your friend" Mara says making me shake my head and pout. She never told me that she was a queen!, this is so unfair!
Pouting I make my way to Papi and crawl into his lap while frowning at Amara since she lied to me. Her and Mami talked for a little longer before Mara waved at me with a small smile and started to go back to her table with her suited people.
"Tati, you didn't tell me you were friend with the queen" Mami says making me turn away from her burying my face in Papi's neck with a 'hmpf'.
"Why are you upset bug?" Papi asks moving my head from his neck and kissing my cheek, making his beard tickle my chin. "Mara lied to me and Mami tried to take my friend" I tell Papi with a big pout to get my point across.
"I did not try and take your friend" Mami says, taking me from Papi. "All u did was say hi to her, your the one who moved away from us" Mami says making me huff since she does have a point and it was logical.
"Still tried to take my friend" I tell her playing with her ear and laying my head on her shoulder. Mami rolls her eyes before moving me to a more comfortable position with my legs straddling her waist.
"Here Tati" Ray Jay whispers making me look over to see him giving me a blood lollipop making me smile. "Thank you Ray Jay" I whisper back before having him open it and putting it in my mouth.
"What are you giving her over there?" Auntie Nae says making Ray Jay act like he doesn't know what she's talking about going back to eating his food, which makes me giggle.
"We should probably start heading back if we plan on making the movies in time" I here Papi say making me lift my head from Mami's shoulder. "What movie are we going to see?" Auntie nae asks making Mami look at Papi.
"Well Ray Jay was talking about some movie , Godzilla and Kong I think it was" Papi says making me whine and lay back down on Mami's shoulder. "Don't wanna see that" I huff into Mami's ear making her shake her head.
I hear Ray Jay thanking Papi a whole bunch before Mami gets up moving me to her hip with arm under my butt. "We're did you get a sucker?" Mami asks after grabbing her purse and looking at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Ray Jay" I tell her happily, frowning when she takes it and tosses it in the trash as we exit the building. "Your not supposed to be eating that, you just got your tooth filled" Mami says making me whine and reach for Papi letting him take me from her.
"How mean could she possibly be to take your sucker bug" Papi says while rocking me side to side while I play with his ear and lay on his shoulder. "Have more at movies?" I ask Papi making him nod and kiss my forehead.
After a little more walking in transferee into my car seat and buckled in before the car is started and I'm handed my iPad. "Can we stop by the house and get her headphones?" Mami asks Papi. "We were already on the way so Ray Jay could drop off his things". Papi tells her before the car goes back silent.
Not even half way through the ride I get irritated from my IPad buffering and begin to kick the seat infront of me. "Tati, what's the problem" Ray Jay asks holding my legs down before Mami yelled at me.
"not working" I tell him wiping my frustrated tears off my cheeks before holding my iPad out to him. "It's just because there isn't any WiFi over here" Ray Jay says wiping my tears before doing something to my iPad and handing it back.
Once he gave it back it was working again making me smile and go back to watching my movie about the ice princess. I must have fallen asleep again because when I woke up I was laying on the couch in the living room all alone.
Stand up I go into the kitchen where I find Mami packing a bag with snacks. "Mami what that?" I ask making her look up. "Your snacks for the movie baby, do you want some blood before we leave, or water?" Mami asks making me go for the latter.
After Mami hands me some ice water in a bottle I go back to the living room laying on the couch while drinking it. Finishing half my water I drop it onto the couch and start going back to sleep until I was rudely interrupted by Mami.
"Come on Tati, we have to get going, you had a long enough nap" Mami says standing me up to which I huffed and followed her to the car which we loaded before we took off to the movies.
