Retro POV:
"Retro, I love you, but why are we here again?" Jay asked. "Well, two reasons. One, to make sure that the prophecy I somehow heard comes true. Two, I need to make sure that canon stays Qinter." Retro replied. "Besides, there's a mystery gift I plan on making using my animus powers." "But I'm still figuring out how to fly" replied Luro. "Yea, and my wings hurt, why couldn't we just teleport to this so called academy?" Ti added. "I hope you guys are happy, since we're he- OH, right on time! They're both here." Retro silently said excited. I gotta make sure I get it right though, otherwise the prophecy won't be completed!
Winter POV (Don't worry, switching mid-chapter is gonna be rare.):
"Qibli, who are those dragons over there? One looks like a sandwing, one looks like a nightwing, one a rainwing, and a leafwing?" Winter said, filled with surprise. "I don't know, but they might be part of the prophecy! Remember, four dragons join, one bringing mystery, with the help of fire and ice, they'll achieve victory." Qibli replied. "Well then, they must be friend and not foe. Darn, I was hoping to actually fight with my lo- I mean, best friend!" Winter said, hoping not to get a reaction out of Qibli. "Well, that time might come soon Winty!" Qibli said, slightly nudging his friend as the dragons landed. "Hello there, welcome to Jade Mountain Academy! Might you be interested in joining?" Qibli asked, wondering if he could get the group's names. "Yes, but we also need to talk to Winter and Qibli about something secretive. Might you two know them?" Retro asked, trying his best to act like he doesn't know them. "Well, who's asking?" Winter replied, growling. "Oh, my bad, Prince Winter of the Icewings, and Prince Qibli of the Sandwings. My name is Retro, this rainwing over here is my boyfriend, Jay! The nightwing is my little brother, Luro, and the leafwing here is Ti!" Retro said, knowing that they would both take kindly to it. "What was it that you needed to talk about, I'd gladly talk to someone who recognizes a prince when they see one." Winter gloated. "What was the prophecy you guys received? It was something about 4 dragons coming to help achieve victory correct?" Retro asked, hoping it all got translated correctly. If it doesn't get translated right, then both the Wings of Fire universe and my universe are doomed! "Yes, how did you know?" Qibli asked with a concerned voice. "I'm an animus, and I heard it, so I went with Jay, Luro, and Ti to see if I could find answers." Retro lied, just to make sure he could gain their trust before telling them the truth.
