#Imagine

You and Austin are at the beach on the 4th of July. You guys are walking around, holding hands, and just talking. It's almost sunset. People are lighting fireworks and the night is progressively getting darker.

"Let's go for a swim," Austin nudges you, you look at him tentatively, "Come on, please? It'll be fun."

You know the rules are no people in the water after sunset, shark feeding time. You want to, but you also don't want to be mauled by a shark either. You look up at Austin, whose hand is clenching your tight and whose eyes are gazing at you hopefully. "Pleeeeeeeeeaaseeeeee?" He gives you his puppy dog look as he stops in front of you. He kisses your hand several times then looks at you with those beautiful hazel eyes. You can't resist him, "Fine!" you laugh as he jumps around like a little kid running towards the water, stripping his clothes off until he was in his trunks. You do the same. He catches you as you run into him and hoists you up so you're at eye level with him.

The water is at his shoulder, which you have your hands resting on. He's holding you up so you don't drown, your legs wrapped around him. He's talking to you slowly, giving you eskimo kisses. This moment couldn't get any better.

"Have I ever told you how beautiful you are? Or how much I love you?" He asks you, swaying in the water slowly. You nod your head and giggle, "You always do."

"I feel like I certainly don't do it enough." He plants a cool kiss on your lips, taking you in. "I can't describe your beauty... I can't describe my love for you. Perfect can't even describe you, perfect is an understatement. Ever since I met you, my heart hasn't beaten in a normal pace. Everyday my heart stops when I look at you."

You start to blush and you look down at the water between you two. "Honestly, I think I'm so lucky to have you. I love you more than anything on this Earth. You always make me feel like I can take on the world when I'm feeling down on myself, you say all the right things at exactly the right time, you're everything I want and need in my life, and simply saying 'I love you' does not do you justice."

"I have a question to ask you." He says, twirling his fingers through your hair, his eyes locked on you.

You both hear a distant shout, "HEY!" You two unhook from each other and walk back to shore and take off with your clothes before beach security got you. He gripped your hand tight as you weaved through the streets back to his condo. You both run in and shower, getting all the sand out of your suits.

When you're done and settled down, Austin comes in nervously running his fingers through his hair and sits down next to you. He picked you up and sat you in his lap facing him. He ran his fingers along your chin, making you lean in a bit but you could see there was something wrong.

"What's wrong Austin?" You asked, your hand stroking his cheek.

He did one of his nervous laughs and bit down on his lip, giving you a smirk, "Nothing. I'll tell you in a little bit. It's about the question I wanted to ask you."

You kiss him, feeling his body relax a little bit. He pulls you in for more but soon pulls away. "That question..."

You could see him starting to panic, taking deep breaths, dripping sweat, and cracking his knuckles something he always does when he's nervous. This was making him so cute, you'd never seen him this nervous before. "What's the question?"

"Just a sec.." He pulls your face into his, giving you the most passionate kiss he'd ever given you, more aggressive, his tongue fighting for dominance over yours. He stopped and backed up on the bed, "Okay, now I'm ready." He crossed his legs and smiled, putting both hands behind his back. "Pick a hand!"

You burst out laughing, he's so childish. "What behind there!?" You try to peek behind him but he dodges you and laughs.

"Seriously!" He laughs, "Pick a hand!!"

You go with his little game. "Fine! Hmmmmmmm, left!"

He peeps behind him and you slap his arm, "HEY! No cheating, Austin!!" He looks up at you, "I swear I'm not!! Just relax."

He brings his left hand around in front of him. Whatever he's holding is fairly big because it won't fit in his palm all the way. He slowly opens his hand, revealing a small little black box with a bow on it. You start to panic, "AUSTIN! WHAT'S THAT!? Don't joke around with me, okay!? Are you serious right now?!" You're about to start crying, he's just smiling at you but you know he's rolling on the floor on the inside.

"Just open it, babe." He smirks at you, you're still fangirling over the little black box. You snatch it out of his hand and stand up. You untie the teeny little bow on it, when it hits the floor you drop a little. You look back at Austin, who's remaining calm throughout this whole situation. "Open it!"

You smile big and close your eyes as you open the little black box. Your heart is racing. You take a deep breath. You open your eyes slowly, behold what's in the box. Diamond earrings.

"Austin you ass!!!" You punch him in the shoulder, slap his arm, and climb on top of him, "I thought this was an engagement ring! I was about to die! The tears would've been real Austin! God you little prankster!" - You keep laughing -  "UGH AUSTIN I CAN'T E--"

"Yeah, what's this?" He wraps his arm around your waist and his hand is resting on the small of your back. The other hand was easing something small out of his pocket. He puts in front of your face and you sit there speechless. Bead-set diamonds exquisitely accentuating a round brilliant center stone setting, holding this marvelous engagement ring in between his thumb and index finger. He smirks, "Will you marry me?"

You sit there on his lap, tears streaming down your face, overwhelmed with emotion, "I-- I-- Austin! I don't know what to say.."

He laughs at you, "How about 'yes'?"

You nod your head eagerly, you wipe the tears from your eyes, "Yes!! Yes! A thousand times yes!"

He slips the ring on your shaking hand, once on you throw yourself on him and kiss his lips repeatedly. He tickles you to make you laugh and stop crying. He kisses your hand one more time, wrapping you in him, never wanting to let go. "I love you."
