I know every one of you must have been at that point where you wonder why you did that after doing that. I'm at that point. I just wanted to get fresh air and drink my coffee, but not at the price of my life.

God, just why? I want peace for at least a day. Is it that hard to make my wish come true?

"Miyeon, tell me I'm not the only one who thinks we're being followed?" I asked Miyeon in a hushed voice. I pretended like I'm just having a normal conversation while my legs shook with anxiety.

"Yeah, Lisa's guards are following us," she nodded her head.

"No, not them. I feel like someone else is following us too."

"Are you sure?" Miyeon became alert in a nanosecond. 'That's the attitude girl. You can't be so unguarded when you're in public.

"My sixth sense has never been wrong. Before Lisa brought me to her apartment, the day we were attacked, I'd always felt someone trailing me," I told her about how I stopped going out of my apartment.

"Let's get out of here first. We can talk about it later," Miyeon pulled me along her and across the street. Thank god, we've decided not to wander far off the apartment building.

I was on my toes all the way to the apartment. Everything around me was suspicious to me.

Danger can come in any form or person, so my eyes wandered all around me for a lookout. I only breathed in relief when we safely reached the apartment.

"I'm never stepping out again," I cried out and plopped down on the sofa. "That was so nerve-wracking.

"Exactly. I can't imagine how hard it must have been on you," Miyeon caressed my hair to try to soothe me.

"You feel like a big sister," I smiled at her.

"It may be because I'm older than you that gives you that image," she smiled.

"No, you give off the good older sister vibes. It makes me feel like I can depend on you."

"You can depend on me then. If I could, I'd throw out my little brothers and adopt you as my sister," she laughed.

"You have a brother?" I asked.

"Yes, three, and all of them are a pain in the ass," she grunted.

"Why? You're so lucky to have siblings. I was always alone growing up. My dad played all the roles in my life," I said sadly.

"I'm sorry about your parents. It's like this in this line of work. You put your family in danger if you succeed," she squeezed my hand.

"It must have been tough on you. You were so young back then."

"It was heartbreaking. The parents I loved so dearly were suddenly gone and I had no rope to hold onto. I was alone, scared, and more than that, I was clueless," everything I have been bottling up, I poured out to her.

"Is that why you hate Lisa? Because she was the only thing you can grab onto but she pulled her hand back?" She asked me cautiously. I nodded my head in agreement.

"What she did was shitty," She said. I perked up on the couch. Now we're talking.

"Right? How can she do that to me? And then she acts like she cares," I grumbled in annoyance.

"But Irene, she had her reasons to leave. Yes, it wasn't the great option to leave you but I'm sure she was torn inside seeing how much she loves you," she made my cheeks go red by her comment.

"What do you mean she loves me? Lisbitch doesn't love anyone other than herself." I shuttered.

"If that's what makes you comfortable, think of it your way but deep down you know it too."

"Absolutely not," I denied immediately. How absurd! Lisbitch loves me? Oh please! That was the worst joke I've ever heard in my entire life.

"You're still angry at her so you can't see it but you care about her too. Give her a chance when you've moved past your anger. She may not have shown it but she cares about you," she joked again. It has to be a joke. Ain't no way Lisbitch cares about me.

"I won't forgive her," I grumbled at her.

"Okay, don't forgive her." She agreed with me when she saw me pouting.

"Has anyone told you that you're adorable?" She pinched my cheeks lovingly.

"Of course, I say that to myself every day," I said proudly. She laughed loudly at that.

"What are you laughing at?" Lisbitch entered the living area. She walked straight at me. I leaned back on the sofa cautiously as she neared me.

She smirked at me knowingly then plopped down beside me. And then she was on my face. Her lips captured mine in an "Oh-so disgusting" kiss.

Ain't no way I'm enjoying it. I thought as my lips responded to her sweet kiss.

Wait a damn minute.

Did I say sweet? Sweet! Sweet my ass, it is disgusting. Yeah.

I pushed Lisbitch's chest. She pulled her lips back with a satisfied smirk.

Asshole!

"What do you want to eat for lunch?" Lisa asked while playing with my hair and sniffing it like a dog.

"You," I blurted out in a daze.

What?

"I wouldn't mind," Lisa chuckled. Miyeon's shoulders shook with laughter as she looked at me in amusement.

"What are you smirking at? I meant to say I'll eat you as in I'll cut your throat, slice your skin, cook you and eat.... No, I'll feed you to insects and throw your bones to dogs," I deadpanned.

Lalisa burst out laughing at that.

"You mean to say you want to chew on my bones," she teased me.

"When did I say that?"

"Irene, my bone is all yours, lick it, suck it. Do whatever you want with it," that's the reason why Lisbitch gets on my nerves. I sprang up from the couch, having my fill of bullshit for the day.

"I'm going to my room and don't you dare to follow me there," I growled at Lalisa and stomped my way into my room. Technically it's Lisa's room but who cares. I'm staying there so it's mine.

Lisbitch can go and fuck herself.

"Where are you going?" Lisbitch's laughter irritated my ear all the way to the room.

Urgh, can I just kill her? I asked myself as I shoved my face in the pillow and screamed my frustration.
