Summer Love (P.4)

Chloe Beale's POV:

DAY 2 IN HAWAII:

I woke up next to Beca.
She was still sleeping. Her beautiful eyes were closing, but she looked still stunning.
She is such a beautiful angel, not an cold badass as usual. I wish i could see she sleeps next to me like this everyday, then i would give her some coffees or teas when she gets up....
But this is just a dream. I think about her, she thinks about Jesse...only just a dream.
Yesterday, she asked me if i and Tom had been dating. Like she really wants it. She wants me and Tom be a couple, doesn't she? I was quite sad when she asked it. The person i love most is just Beca, Beca and Mitchell. And the more I talk to her, the more i love her. Falling in love with Beca is a wrong thing, now i have to pay a heavy pride for this.
When i see Beca and Jesse, my heart is broken. I don't believe in Jesse, after what he'd done with Beca, he left Becs alone to "find something to drink"...i don't know find something to drink or find some girls to flirt. he begged me please don't tell Becs about that. I was so mad at him, but i don't want Beca sad. She deserves a good summer, not like this. So i helped Jesse hide the truth. Not good for me, but good for my little mouse.
I smiled to console myself.
I just still lying on bed and watched her sleeping. I looked at her for a while, then brushed her hair, she started out of sleep. I left my hand down quickly and pretended sleeping.

-"Hey Red...still sleeping?"-Beca touched my hair. I acted as if just woke up. I opened my eyes and looked at her.

-"Huh? What time is it?"

-"...Uhmm 7:15 AM"-Beca opened her phone to watch time.

-"Are we gonna go into the woods tonight, right?"

-"Yes..we'll meet Jesse and Tom at 8:00..wake up, weirdo, we'll be late."

-"Ok.."- i yawned, then got out of bed.

Beca's POV:

We are going to climb the mountain today. While me and Chloe are preparing something, Jesse and Tom knock our door. I go out to open the door for them. Tom grins and give me a hello-hug. I smiled back to him: "Hello". Then i see Jesse. He is staring at his phone, seems texting with someone. I cough to let him know I'm standing here. He starts and turn head to me.

-"Hey Becs! Morning baby"-He kisses me gently on cheek. I smiles back.

-"So...uhm..are you still mad at me?"

-"No...i do not angry"

-"Uhm..I'm glad that you forgive me"

-"Uhm..."

-"Oh...Did Chloe say anything with you?"

-"say what?"

-"Ah..nothing...Just asking"-He stammers.

-"Really?"

Are they hiding me something?

-"No..just..about...Ah..she just gave me some advices for me to get your forgiveness"

I don't believe in what he said. Chloe loves me, i don't think she said that to Jesse.

-"That's it?"

-"Yes.."-He looks at me and says gently.

I'm gonna ask him more, but Tom and Chloe walk to us. So i keep silent. I will ask Jesse or Chloe later.

-"ARE YOU READYYY?" - Tom screams in excitement.

-"Oh..come on, Tom. Keep calm."-Chloe looks at Tom and hits his arm slightly.
That look makes me confused. The way Tom looks at Chloe is so sweet, He loves Chloe so much. Jesse is not. I've never seen Jesse looked at me like Tom looks at Chloe. Is Jesse really love me? Or just LIKE.

-"So we should go now"-Jesse says.

-"YEAHH!!WOOHOO"-Tom does high-five with Chloe. They look so happy.
They walk in front of me and Jesse...
And...
They look more like a couple than us.
Yea, maybe...
Look at Red, she laughs so much. When she said she loved me and i denied her, i made her cry a lot. Every time she's next to me, she always gives me reluctant or awkward smiles. Not this smile...
Chloe is playing with Tom in front of me. Chloe hits his arm, then he hugs her neck and kisses her cheek. Chloe's face turns red and laughs out loud. They are so adorable together...
Is Chloe actually a lesbian or she just has wrong feelings for me? This thought makes me sad. I feel like I'm gonna lose her by Tom. Wait, what am i thinking? I shake my head to get them out of my mind.

-"Hey, what's wrong with you, Beca?"

-"Ah, nothing...just..i just feel tired"-I stammer

-"Tired?? Are you okay? Are you strong enough to climb the mountain?"

-"Yes..don't worry, Jesse. I'm okay"

-"Ohh...tell me when you feel tired"

-"Uhmm..i will. Thanks"-I smiled gently
