I was good at predicting movies so I could tell when a jump scare was bout to come up and try to scare the audience. Every time this would happen, I'd dig my head into Niall's shoulder and say something like, "Niall, I'm scared," or, "something's going to happen, I don't wanna look," and Niall would feed into it perfectly, putting his arm around my back and letting me cuddle into him. Every so often I'd look at Harry and give him a wink which I knew was pissing him off. I didn't want to use Niall but I needed Harry to know I could do the exact same thing he was trying to do.

The girls and I are standing outside our hotel room door, Jenna pulling the card out of her purse to unlock the door. She's about to insert it into the slot when she pauses and looks at me questioningly. Oh Lord. "Question," she says to me, still not opening the door. I roll my eyes, getting impatient.
"Shoot, but make it quick, I gotta wee," I tell her.
"What's up with you and Niall?" she asks. Rachel and Lizzy turn to me as if they were wondering the same thing. Of course they were, there was never a time we stopped touching until the movie was over.
"Can I tell you guys inside?" I plead. "You know, somewhere where nobody can hear... and I can go to the bathroom."
Jenna puts the card into the slot, sounding a click from the door. She opens it and I push passed her, running to the bathroom. When I get out, all three of them are sitting on a sofa. Well this'll be fun.
"Sit," Rachel orders me. I do as I'm told considering the tone of her voice was scaring me a little bit. She nods approvingly as I sit down on the edge of the bed. "So," she begins, "as Jen asked earlier: what's up with you and Niall?"
"And don't make up excuses either," Lizzy adds, "we all saw what went down." An excuse is exactly what I was going to make... truth it is.
"Ok so you know how Harry was flirting with the cashier when we were paying for our snacks?" I ask them, making sure we were on the same page. I see Jenna smirk and can't help but feel a pang of annoyance. "It's not funny, Jen," I snap, "he flirted with her and I know he made sure that I saw. I didn't do anything to that asshole and he was trying to make piss me off! And being the person I am I wanted revenge, so I might have exaggerated with how scared I was at the movie and let Niall comfort me...."
I chuckle to myself remembering the look on Harry's face. Revenge was so sweet.
"So you used Niall?" Rachel questions accusingly. I shake my head.
"No, no, I didn't use Niall... okay maybe a little but it's not like I wouldn't do that kind of thing with Niall anyway." I tell them. I can't help but think what I did with Niall actually appealed to me... but I scold myself for even thinking it. You can't just jump from Harry to Niall! It's not right.
"I see," Jenna says, "so you're saying you have a crush on Niall now?"
"A crush on Niall? NO, I do not have a crush on Niall, I'm still getting over Harry... though would I be a horrible person if I said possibly a little?" I strain. All three of them shake their heads.
"Just don't take it too far," Lizzy warns, "first you got hurt, we don't want Niall to getting hurt now too."
I vigorously nod my head. I couldn't hurt Niall, he was such an amazing friend and I could never do anything that'd hurt him. This trip has been so much more difficult than I thought it'd be... I sigh in frustration. Especially considering what I said about liking Niall may not even be true. I keep lying to myself and it's getting hard to decipher what's true and what's not.
