"I'm glad I could be of a little assistance." Fennorian said, as he lead Sinding and I down farther into Dimhollow Crypt. We had already past several bodies strewn about, vampire, death hounds and men. From the congealed blood, some time has passed.  "Just make sure you stay away from those Vigilantes and the Dawnguard and you will be ok." I say.
"That vigilant didn't like you." Sinding said. "He made it clear...but how could he know that you...or 'we' have toyed with Daedra?"
I shake my head. "I don't know. The only thing I can say that it was obvious was during my encounter with Miraak and Mora. But everything else, unless he was himself was daedra, he wouldn't be able to tell. But I have bigger fish to fry-" I stop short when Fennorian opens the door to the cavern below. Down the stairs, in the middle of the dark room, is a large stone island in the midst of the cavern. Arches stretched around it, illuminated it in a purple light. In the middle of it, is a large sarcophagus. I look further down to to see three corpses laid below us. As we crept further down, my heart lodged in my throat when I saw the bloody remains of Vigilant Tolan. Fennorian kneeled down by his body, and then saw the other two pale corpses of a man and woman. "Did you know this fellow?" Fenn asked. I nodded. "We ran into him in Fort Dawnguard. I guess Isran was right, he would die."
Fennorian looked at the other bodies. "He put up a fight though. Looks like he skewered this one in the heart and the other.....well, looks like they went down together." He stood up. "I take it this is what we are looking for?" He pointed to the middle of the round island, where the coffin stood.
Without answering, I start to make my way over, Sinding and Fenn on my heels. The bridge was narrow, but it was easy to cross. Not many people have been around here, so time hadn't totally broken up the stone. When we crossed under the arch way, the coffin trembled and like it was planned, it started to raise more from the stony earth beneath it.  "Be cautious, Tanii....I smell another vampire." Fenn said. I hesitate and then put my fingers into the grove of the stone where the entrance was and pulled open the coffin.  I gave a little gasp as inside the coffin, was a young girl. She only looked a little older than me. Her arms her crossed over her chest, and her pale skin was a contrast to her dark hair and crimson and black armor she wore. With a gasp from her, she fell from the sarcophagus and unto her hands and knees. On her back, was an Elder Scroll.

........................................................................................................................................................

SERANA.

Her hands felt cold under the cool stone, and she weakly got up from her knees and she hesitated. Before her, were two males, and a female. One of the males, was like her. She remembered them from her dream, but her dream didn't prepare for her something this real. "Where am I?" Serana breathed in a low, song like voice.  Her bright orange-yellow eyes studied the three faces around her, but it was the girl who settled her off guard. The girl was small, tiny even. She was no elf, but her ears were pointed, and there was something in her bright, blue eyes that had a light, yet a sad past.  "Who....are you?" Serana asked, taking a step back and crossing her arms. She looked at the tall, pale male with dark hair and reddish eyes. "You....you are like me. But I don't recognize you or your scent? Did my father send you?"
The vampire male slowly shook his head. "No, your father didn't send me." He seemed to hide....disgust.
Serana turned towards the other male. He was a Nord, fair headed and bearded, and seemed very protective of the girl. Serana studied him and then the girl. "Neither of you are like me. I smell.....traces of dog." She glared at the man and woman, but shook her head. "But it's not strong, so you can't be werewolves....who are you?"
The girl took a step closer, "My name....is Taniiaae. We were told to come here and find what was in this coffin...why were you locked in this place?"
Serana's eyes narrowed. "It's.....complicated. And I'm not sure if I can trust you enough to tell you...but if you bring me back to my father's, I'm sure everything can be explained.....now who sent you?"
The girl named Taniiaae nodded. "I know this is probably alot for you to take in....but I was sent here by a man named Isran."
The vampire tilted her head. "Never heard of him. Who is he?"
"He's the leader of the Dawnguard....he probably wants to have you killed." The Nord Man said. Serana glared at him. "Well, you could kill me, but what good does killing one vampire....or two do?" She stared at the male vampire.
Taniiaae shook her head. "That's what he wanted, doesn't mean I'm going to listen."
Serana's expression changed. "Oh really? So what are you going to do then?"
Serana saw Taniiaae's eyes linger on the Elder Scroll strapped to her back. "We can take you back to your father." she said simply.
Serana looked at the males. "I want to make sure those two are on the same page first."
The male vampire bowed his head. "My lady, you have my word. From one vampire to another."
"What's your name? I haven't seen anyone in.....Wait, who is the high king of Skyrim?"  Serana asked, looking confused.
"That's currently up for debate." The Nord said, "We are currently in the midst of a truce in the Civil War."
Serana smirked. "Well, that didn't change, Skyrim was always on the brink of some kind of war."     The vampire nodded. "I've been alive for many hundreds of years. It doesn't change much. Fennorian, of House Ravenwatch."
Serana eyed him cautiously. "Ravenwatch, huh? I remember my mother and father often speaking of them, but never met any of you for myself. Are you allies to my father?"
Fennorian swallowed and shook his head. "No, we aren't."
Serana shrugged, "It doesn't matter to me, anyways. Being locked away in a coffin, alot can change." She looked at the Nord. "And who are you?"
"Sinding. Her husband." Was all he said. That was fine with her.
"And you, we gave you our names, and if we are going to take you back home, I want to get acquainted first." Taniiaae said.
Serana gave her a genuine smile. She liked her spark. "My name is Serana."
