We celebrated at Sarah's and it got late so Hank crashed on Bryce's bed as me and Sarah crashed on a blanket in her room
I woke up the next morning to Sarah cuddled into my chest and I loved it.
Bad thing was I had to piss so I slowly got up and packed her onto the pillow as I walked in and pissed . I noticed she only had the bare minimum in here and I wished I could do more.
I walked out to see her still passed out so I went to get make some breakfast
I went down and not long after Hank came down
"She doesn't have a bed?" He asked me lowly
"Nah Bryce told me she won't get one. Says Everytime she tries she feels guilty and buys the kids something. I been letting her crash with me since the kids left" I said as he nodded
"So u really love er?" He asked
"I have since I met her. Was stupid to let her go. I was an idiot but I'm glad she's willing to give me another chance" I said as he nodded and I poured coffee
"I was gunna propose " I said and he looked up
"Back when she left but my fuckin dad got in my head saying she wouldn't want me and shit and I flaked thinking it was better to let her go . Wish idv never listened" I said as he came over
"Do u love her" he asked again
"More than anything . I love the kids even more and IV known them 4 months" I said as he laughed
"Then what's keeping u from doin it now" he asked as I just thought.
"Don't want her to feel like I'm rushing her . She just got rid of him " I said and realized I didn't wanna wait
"When I met my wife Sarah's mom said I was an idiot for proposing at 3 months. We were married 31 years before she died . She was married to some other asshole and the day she got the divorce we went to the justice of the peace and she was mine for 31 years. If u love her do it. Because she loves u. " He said and I tried not to cry .
I pulled out the ring set and showed him and he loved it. "She'll love that I'ma run out and get her a late birthday gift are there cabs around here"
"There are but I have a truck and a bike u could just ask " Sarah said starting us
"Hey how long u been up "
"Long enough to hear my uncle ask for a cab when I got 2 perfectly functioning vehicles" she scolded as she passed Hank the bike keys
"How long u staying"
"Flights at 10 pm just came down to see u and make sure assholes delt with."
Sarah just nodded as hand finished his coffee and left as we heard the bike start up.
We ordered breakfast and played video games and we heard the bike come back
"Hey uncle Hank" Sarah said as he came in
He handed her a gift bag and put the bike keys on the hook as she opened it and pulled out a new messenger bag

And a choker . She immediately put the choker on and she still wore my necklace as she inspected the bag.
We spent the day just exploring the beach and we stoped by my taco truck and Hank loved it all.
"I'm glad ur happy kid" he said as he boarded his flight.
He turned to me as he was done with Sarah and whispered "let me know about the wedding remember she doesn't like flashy" I nodded as he hugged me and whispered something to sarah as I saw him lass something into her bag . She seated his chest and we finished our good byes as we headed home.
"My house or urs baby" I asked
"Urs that floor killed my back" she said as I took off.
She opened the back part of her bag and saw the envelope
She pulled it out and red the small note and laughed
"What" she asked
"It says marry the damn boy and bye a bed" she laughed as I did and I realized looking at her right then I wanna marry her. I want her mine forever.
We went home and Sarah took off her necklace and choker and changed into something of my dreams
She had dropped completely and wore one of my shirts that's tight on me but she's tiny so it's giant on her.
"What" she asked as she took out her hair
"Nothing" I said as I just went to lay down
She came over and I thought she was crawling over me but she sat on my crotch as I felt her kiss my neck.
She ground a little as I played with her hips.
"Hmm feels good baby" I said as I kissed her back . She broke the kiss and layed next to me.
"I wish I wasn't so tired I'd fuck u all night" she whispered as I burring my face in. Her hair.
"Same here baby" I waited till I knew she was asleep and I pulled out the ring
"I want u forever" I said to know one quietly
I took out the engagement band and put it on her finger as I layed back with her. She stirred a little bit just snuggled into my chest as she always does and it felt like home.
I just hope she loves her surprise in the morning.
