"Soobin."

Soobin and Yeonjun were friends since elementary.

Absolutely inseparable.

Soobin was one year younger than yeonjun.

When they were sixteen yeonjun and his family got into a car accident.

It was during fall they accidently hit something on their wheel and it exploded.

His dad passed away and yeonjun got direct trauma on the sleep areas in his brain and developed insomnia.

Yeonjuns insomnia came with premium and the additions were, deppression, anxiety, weight problems, very mild schizophrenia and again very mild sleep paralysis. (They sometimes come in packets.)

He really treasures the times he can sleep well.. the times it doesn't come with paralysis and as said the packets, paralysis and hallucinations of.. creatures.

It's very rare when he sleeps. When he does it doesn't last too long.

A year later yeonjun actually felt everything and it hit him hard and all at once. His dad was dead. He couldn't sleep. He couldn't eat. His grades were shit. His social life was shit. He was 17.

Soobin was with him in every moment. He never failed to pick him up after every therapy session and just go out to eat or go somewhere. Anywhere. It's the only reason soobin got his driver's license.

Yeonjun loved being with soobin. It was his only time away from reality. Soobin was his only way to escape suffocating.

There were times where he was randomly depressed but soobin understood. At first he tried to cheer him up but eventually soobin knew that all he had to do was be there and wait.

On those days they'd just grab a snack or fast food and go home and snuggle together.

Yeonjun just wanted to listen to soobins heart.

Because it was as if soobin was in control of his own heart that would develop the same rhythm as soobin.

Even though he couldn't sleep well those were moments he'd doze off. Probably because his heart was beating at the rythm of soobins sleeping heart.

It was relaxing and comforting.

He knew he loved soobin in a way a man loves a woman.

He didn't actually care and he accepted it quickly but he also knew soobin felt the same.

They'd never talked about it. And yeonjun avoided it.

He'd told soobin how he wouldn't want to be in a relationship. It would be hard for his partner. Never knowing when he was going to give up. Never knowing when his body was going to give up. He just didn want to make the other person suffer.

Soobin scolded him saying that he just needed to stay strong and try.

That day.. they slept with each other.
