"It smells amazing In here" I said as I walked into the coffee shop near my house called COFFEEHOUSE.

I glanced at my phone and saw the time read "7:56 AM." I was late for work, and I was going to get into big trouble.

I walked to the register to order my coffee and leave in a hurry, but as soon as I looked up to grab my coffee from the guy, I saw the most beautiful face ever.

I gasped in shock at first because he was so close to my face. "Maam, are you okay?" The handsome boy asked, but I didn't respond at all. I just stood there staring at him, looking like an idiot. He was truly beautiful.

I quickly grabbed my coffee from his hand and ran out of the coffee shop. I finally caught my breath after a couple seconds and took a second to remember what he looked like.

He didn't even look real; he looked like something out of an animation. As I was remembering his face, I suddenly remembered how my hands brushed across his hands while grabbing my coffee.

"When have there ever been any handsome people in this town?" I ask myself, but I quickly brush it off and head to work.

As soon as I walk into my work place, I hear this aggravating, mean voice saying, "You're late again." It's my manager, Mr. Woo. He's so bossy and mean all the time.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Woo; it won't happen again." I quickly apologized to him just to shut him up, knowing it would probably happen again.

I walk into my office and quickly get started on what I'm supposed to do, but while I'm trying to focus, I think back to that handsome face I saw at the coffee shop. "Why do I keep thinking about him?" I smack my head with my hand to get myself to
focus "stop it y/n focus"

TIME STAMP: 11:50 AM

It's lunch time at work, and everyone is leaving to go get something to eat. I walk up to this group of girls and say, "Hey, where are you guys going to get lunch?" I ask, but they just stare at me up and down and walk away. Was there something on my face? I brush it off because it doesn't really bother me.

I think back to that coffee shop. I started making my way back to the coffee shop I was at this morning, hoping to see the face that I saw this morning again, but as I got there, there was a sign in front of the door that read CLOSED. Do they only open in the morning?

I left the shop disappointed and ended up having lunch at a Burger King right next to the coffee shop.

TIME SKIP: 4:14 PM

Finally, work is over. I say goodbye to all my seniors and juniors and quickly rush out of the building, ready to go home.

As I reach home, I walk into my apartment and immediately plop down on my bed. "Today was a long day," I say, tired and overworked. While I'm laying on the bed, I start thinking about the guy I saw at the coffee shop again. "Ah, yeah, what's gotten into you lately? He's all you've been thinking about. Get it together!" I scold myself.

TIME SKIP: 12:44 AM

I finally changed and removed my makeup, and
Hours have passed and I get comfortable in my bed. Just as I'm about to play the movie that I've been wanting to watch for so long, I hear a loud thud. I jump at the sound. I get out of bed to go see what's going on. "Who's making all this noise at 12 a.m.?" Some people are trying to sleep, you know."

I open the door only to see the handsome face that I saw at the coffee shop. We make eye contact, and everything goes in slow motion. "Oh my god."
I think to myself.
