Avneet's breathe hitched as she spotted what was going on... As Manjul and Bhavesh weren't that close to the group, it didn't effect them the way it did to Avneet.
Plus, even if they were, Avneet's situation was the other way around. They would be friends and Avneet somehow in this short matter of time, developed feelings for Siddhart. Which no one knew about. Even she wasn't sure about it... But now, as she spotted this, she was confirmed that...
'I really love him...' She thought through her tears.
She loves him.
After gathering all her courage, she went to Abhishek, Randeep and the other nurses and doctors who were taking the stretcher in the ICU.
Suddenly, everyone felt one more pair of hands on the stretcher.
"What-What happened... to him?" Avneet asked while crying.
Siddhart hadn't fainted till now... Just for her.
When he was shot... All he thought about wad her.
'I won't die without looking at her one last time' He thought this and this was the thing that he thinking, and what had given him the courage of staying awake, even though, he was shot on the chest.
He smiled bitterly as he spotted her crying for him. His last wish was granted.
"I love you" He said, but no one heard it, of course, his condition was not like he could say something out loud. He whispered it.
"What happened to him!?" Avneet bursted while sobbing.
The Doctors took him inside and other were left outside.
"Tell me... Please" Avneet said. as she looked at the two boys.
"Lucky... Shot him" Randeep said between his sobs. Abhishek's condition was nothing like he could say something. Between his sobs, he didn't even have time to Hiccup.
"How?" Avneet asked in a low voice.
"We were chasing Lucky when..." Randeep started.
*FLASHBACK*
We were chasing him. I catched him, but he took out a gun somehow and pointed at Abhishek bro. He told me to leave him but bro told me not to. He said that he'll be fine but we won't be able to catch Lucky again. So I didn't. He was about to shoot bro when Sid came ik front of him and he was shot. I was shocked and my grip on him loosened, causing him to run again. But I wasn't in the state of running behind him again.
Bro's tears never stopped as Sid fell on the ground, with his eyes begging his body to have courage and stay opened.
I gathered all the courage and we brought him here as fast as we could.

While telling this, Randeep and Abhishek's sobs grew while Avneet was sobbing silently.
Bhavesh was consoling Avneet and Manjul was trying his best to take the two boys in control, telling them to man up and be strong.
Arishfa came there running and asked them what happened.
"The girl is okay, what happened, who's admitted here?" She asked.
"Siddhart is shot. Please go and help the other doctors, we can just trust you" Manjul explained and Arishfa immediately nodded and went inside.

The whole group is now present here. Some of them are trying their best to stay strong for the ones who are sobbing.
