Boruto finds himself alone in a devastated place.

Boruto: Hey, anyone there?

Suddenly, Ayato appears.

Ayato: You know, Boruto, you and I aren't so different from each other. You abandoned your friends to their fate, which led them to death.

Boruto looks surprised at Ayato, processing his words. He was still trying to understand where he was and how he had gotten there.

Shut up, you bastard! - Boruto shouts angrily.

He throws a powerful punch at Ayato, but to his surprise, his attack goes through Ayato's body as if he were a ghost.

Boruto is perplexed by the sight of his punch passing through Ayato's body. He steps back, looking at his hands, then back at Ayato, a mix of confusion and fear on his face.

Ayato: So, seeking more power to defeat me, are you?

Shut up! - Boruto shouts, channeling his fist with Ki.

Ayato: You killed the woman you love so much.

Boruto sees himself with Sarada's Sharingan in his right eye, while the body of the Uchiha is at his feet.

At that instant, Boruto woke up startled.

This nightmare again, it's the fifth time it's happened in just these three days - Boruto thinks to himself.

He looks to the side and sees Sarada lying asleep to his right, and on his left, he sees Sanada.

On the floor, Shinachiku, Naruto, Mitsuki, and Yosuke were sleeping shirtless, scattered around. On the only couch, Aika and Naruko were sleeping, wrapped up from head to toe.

Boruto: How did we end up like this?

Boruto carefully gets out of bed, so as not to wake anyone. He observes his friends sleeping peacefully, expressions of exhaustion and effort etched on their faces. The nightmare that haunted him was still fresh in his mind, and he felt restless, unable to go back to sleep.

He quietly heads to the balcony, leaving the door slightly ajar for the night breeze to come in. The moon was high in the sky, casting its silver light over the landscape. Boruto gazes at the stars, lost in his thoughts. The situation they were in was challenging. The world they once knew was devastated, and they were struggling to survive amidst the chaos.

Their efforts to survive were evident, but the weight of loss and responsibility hung heavy on their shoulders. Boruto wondered if he was doing enough, if he truly deserved the title he carried as a shinobi of the Leaf Village.

As Boruto contemplated, a soft voice broke the silence behind him.

Sarada: Can't sleep either?

He turns around and sees Sarada standing at the balcony door, looking at him with concern in her eyes. She approaches and stands beside him, both of them sharing a gaze at the night sky.
