The car to the old house was quiet. No one said a word for more than three hours. Hunter didn't know if Elijah was upset, depressed, angry or all of the above. When they arrived, it was when they began to talk again.

"Why'd you kiss her?" Elijah asked with a serious face.

"I already told you, because I love he-," said Hunter but rudely cut off by Elijah ignorancy.

"Don't you want your freedom to travel the world like you said? Hmm? Well your dream won't come true if you love Hayley. SHe will block your freedom so LET - HER - GO," said Elijah beginning to raise his voice along his explaination.

"Never," Hunter said calmly, "She's the best thing that ever happened to me.

"You kissed her once and met her a couple day ago, she's not worth it," Elijah continued.

"To me she is, she's better than freedom. You think I actaully care about our kingdom...oh I'm sorry, I mean YOUR kingdom. She's so much more than what you think. Your just upset that Ella's dead and your taking it out on me.

"Shut up! Say ANYTHING about Ella one more time I'm gonna..." Elijah hesistated.

"You're gonna what? Hmm...that's what I thought," said Hunter.

Hunter opened that old wooden front door of the dirty house and slammed it shut.

"I'm not going to take Elijah's van because EVERYTHING is his," Hunter thought.

Instead, Hunter walked all night long to Merceier.

"It's been a day since Hunter kissed me. I've gotten kissed by guys before, but I never had the same feeling as I did with Hunter.

"Am I, in love? No, no I'm not. I thought Luke, (My last boyfriend), and I were in love but, we had a fight and things turned around pretty quick. Plus I can't love anybody now but my people," Hayley thought.

I got interrupted of me thinking of Hunter by the knock on my door of my cabin.

"Um, my queen, you have a vistor," said a lady.

My mind was happy and my stomch turned because somehow my heart tells me it's Hunter.

The door swung open and cold air from the wind swept to my face.

Only when I realize that it wasn't Hunter by my door. It was Elijah.

"YOU! YOU CAUSED MY BROTHER TO GIVE UP HIS DREAM OF FREEDOM AND CONNECTION WITH HIS KINGDOM! YOU RUINED HIS LIFE!" Elijah yelled in frustration.
