Chapter 22

Would anyone be interested in stories where Darby is still a main character but like a Pet Sematary or haunted house type story?

Julie and Sam had been together for six months. They were very happy. Sam was coming to spend the weekend at Julie's. He'd been spending the majority of his free time at her place. She was in the kitchen with the sink running. She turned it off and jumped a mile when Sam tapped her on the shoulder.

"Jesus." She said.

"I'm sorry." They kissed.

"Dinner will be ready in about an hour."

"Can I use your washer?"

"Sure I'll do a load for you."

"I can do it." "I even brought my own detergent."

After dinner they were relaxing on the couch together. He kissed her temple.

"I love you Sam."

"I love you too Julie."

"I'm gonna take a few months off work and go on the road with you."

"What about work?"

"I have more then enough to support myself." "I just need a few weeks to get things in order."

"I've been thinking about something baby."

"What?"

"Do you think it's to soon for me to move in?"

"No, but are you sure you want to?"

"I'm positive." "Since we've been dating I'm always here."

"You can start moving your stuff in whenever you want." They kissed.

A few days later Sam was at the arena. Steve Borden (Sting) came up to him.

"Hey Sam." He said.

"Hey."

"How's Julie?"

"Good."

"Are you alright?"

"Yeah."

"What's up?"

"I want to marry Julie, but because of her divorces, she doesn't want to get married again." "I was ok with it at first but since we've been together, I know us getting married is the right thing."

"You can't pressure her into it."

"I know and I don't intend to." "I just hope she changes her mind one day." "I wouldn't already proposed if I knew she wanted me to."
