The ballroom was crowded, to say the least. Leon sat on his throne, rolling his eyes as his chin rested above his knuckles—with boredom, he eyed the noble women who approached him.
One woman bowed down, her hair was long and blonde, her eyes blue and her skin snow-white. Leon felt like barfing at the mere sight of her. "Good afternoon, Your Majesty." She murmured with her soft voice, smiling at him.
Leon wasted no time in showing his disinterest, eyeing her up and down as he crossed a leg over his other. "Too blonde," he spat, making her eyes widen as she walked away in shame.
He arose from the throne, his mother noticing as she approached Leon whilst the crowd waltzed to the delicate harmony.
"Leon, where are you going?" She asked, placing a hand on his muscular bicep that was covered by the white formal long-sleeved shirt.
Leon gazed down at his mother, his expression softening ever so slightly. "Just need a breather, mother, I'll return." He muttered before turning on his boot and walking down the halls of the court.
He wanted a moment of respite from the crowded ballroom, the waltzing music sending jolts of irritation through his ears as he huffed. However, his ears were quickly met with the sound of squelching—a familiar, cleaning sound.
His body directed him toward the source of the noise, and he found himself in a checkered room of the court.
There was a little lady on her hands and knees as she scrubbed the floors with underlying exhaustion, she wore a long-sleeved blue shirt followed by a brown dress and a white low-waist apron.
She remained oblivious to Leon's presence, sighing softly as she continued to scrub the black-and-white tiles whilst Leon leaned against the doorway. He watched her, a swirl of emotions sparking through him.
His eyes squinted slightly, he could admit he found her insanely attractive—even if she wore a maid material.
He then slowly stepped closer, his gaze not leaving her figure. "Hello?" He muttered, startling her as she yelped—jumping slightly from her position as she looked up at Leon from the ground, her eyes widening.
"Y-your majesty!" She exclaimed, quickly standing up and bowing—his height overpowering her smaller one.
Leon looked down at her with slight amusement, eyeing her slightly ruffled hair as she stood up and bowed. "No need to be so formal, dear... now I must ask, what's your name?" He asked, stepping closer to her.
