GRACIE SIGHS AS SHE SETS her phone down on the kitchen counter, the sound of it gently hitting the top of it, sounding through the room.
thankfully nessa and sabrina are out right now—even if they were a little concerned and hesitant about leaving her by herself.
since the house is empty, she's able to react fully and completely in the way that she needs to.
she knows that she seemed extremely cold in those texts and from her most recent post she has on her instagram.
but, that couldn't be further from the truth. in fact, it's killing her to talk to him.
and even more that he's trying to fix things—she wishes that he could just be hateable.
and most of all, she misses him more than anything. although, she'd never admit this.
that night, she tosses and turns, haunted by the thought of matt and the regret and longing of not being with him anymore.
and worse? she hates herself for still loving and missing him like this.
