*hm wonder where we are going* "hey we are like 3 minutes away from the place so put this on" he said as he handed me a blindfold. *a blindfold?* I looked at it strangely which I guess he noticed because he said this "don't worry you'll be safe i promise" he looked at me and gave me a assuring look,usually I wouldn't trust someone this soon but something about him is different and I feel safe around him,I finally put the blindfold on and waited until I felt the car stop. "Okay we're here I'll help you" he opened the door for me and grabbed my hand and made sure I didn't bump on the car since i couldn't see he lead me to place not far from the car and took the blindfold off "do you like it?" He asked,I saw a beautiful sight of trees,flowers and a picnic blanket with candles and food under a blossom tree "I-I it's beautiful" I responded,I was in disbelief of how pretty this place was definitely perfect for a date. "Good thing you liked it,come on let's for sit down" he grabbed my hand and we walked to the picnic blanket together "since I didn't ask what food you liked since I forgot to when I called I got a few options" "oh well it all looks delicious so thank you shinazugawa" I gave him a soft smile "of course oh and just call me sanemi" "o-oh ok,you can call me giyuu than" "alright giyuu,dig in" I looked around the food and something caught my eye *is that what I think it is?* "hey shina- sanemi..is that salmon-daikon?" His eyes lit up when I told him it is indeed salmon-daikon it was adorable, "oh I didn't know that,it's good to know though" he took a bite of the salmon daikon and instead of his eyes lighting up his whole face lit up "mhm that's so good! Where did you get this?" He asked as he pointed to them *fuck that's cute,have some self control sanemi!* "r-really? I actually made them" yes I did leave work early to cook for our date "really!? You cool good sanemi!" He said as he ate more salmon daikon "haha that's good make sure to try other food" "I will"

*his laugh is quite attractive...is that weird!? I don't know... but these salmon daikons are so good!* I ate some more and tried other foods as well while we talked and got to learn more about each other,for example he's more of a dog person while im a cat person and simple things like that,after a while he showed me some pastries "I got some pastries from the bakery that your friend works at" "oh really? She makes good pastries" he opened a bag and took out pastries *they look so good!* "I got all of the ones that Rengoku recommended" "oh yeah Rengoku loves food and he has tried everything in the bakery so that was a smart choice" "figured from last time" we ate some pastries together and it was a nice feeling I felt so safe and comfortable it was very nice,we went to walk around when we both agreed that we were full.
Samemi pov
We were walked around the area I picked out for the date holding hands,it was a pretty much a bunch of nature but it was a pretty sight. *holy shit we really are holding hands,I mean he doesn't look bothered at all* he was talking and pointed to the sky "sanemi look! The stars are beautiful right now.." he said smiling up at the stars "yeah they are,not as much as you but..." I said the last part very quietly "hm?" He turned to me confused "o-oh nothing" I said as I looked up to the stars as well to make sure he couldn't see my face which had turned a bit red,I got to know things about him like his hobbies,his favorite things,and his past,it was like we had known each other for so long be we really haven't. *should I ask him? No I can't it's too early...what if I just tell him how I feel? Ugh I don't know anymore* "sanemi what about you?" "Hm?" "Your family how are they?" "Oh my family unfortunately passed away when genya was 2" "oh I'm sorry" "ah it's okay,that's actually why I became a officer" "oh that's nice" "yeah I don't want people to go through that pain" "your right it doesn't feel good...but at least we get better at some point,even if it takes time" he said as he smiled at me *he's just too...I want to kiss him right now...* "sanemi what time is it?" "Yeah...I'm sorry" "no it's okay we can head back now let me just clean up and put the things in the car" "I'll help you" "thanks giyuu" we finished cleaning up together and headed to giyuu's house,once we got there i decided I knew what I was going to do,I opened the car door for him and dropped him off at his door "thank you for the date sh-sanemi,sorry.." he said a bit flustered "haha it's ok,it takes a while to get used to names that you don't use often but I wanted to tell you something" "oh what is it?" He turned to me,I took a deep breath and finally said it "I know this might sounds a bit weird but I like you! As in a romantically way not friend way,when I'm around you I feel like I just don't have any control of myself and I get embarrassed easily and you just always look cute and beautiful that fit your personality so well,I know it's early and I probably sound like an idiot right now but I just thought you should now so if you-" I got interrupted by something on my lips,no not something his lips,they were connected to mine. "O-oh god I'm so sorry I didn't meant to!" He said as he tried to open the door as fast as possible but I pulled him by his hand and waist and kissed him again,god was it heaven,we pulled apart and looked at each other for a couple of seconds till we both realized what just happened and blushed like crazy "..." "..." "I-I sorry..." I said since I kissed him without a warning as well "I-it's okay,I l-like you ask well" he said looking down blushing like crazy though I was too,I grabbed his chin and pulled it up so I could see his face "would you maybe want to try dating?..." I asked expecting a no or something like that "...yeah I w-would" he said smiling a bit "really?!" I asked him I'm a shock "I mean y-yeah-" I hugged him tight "oh thank you giyuu..." "haha of course sanemi.." he said as he hugged me back we stayed there for a while until we got hit back into reality and realized I had to go home and he had to check up on muichiro and mitsuri "w-well thank you for the date sanemi!" "Yeah of course we can go on a other date soon as well,and I guess we are boyfriends now.." I said smiling slightly "hehe I guess so" he said and giggled "alright have goodnight giyuu!" "you too!" I went back to my car and headed back home.

I walked in my house Leaned on the door and proceeded everything that just happened *did that really just happen...* "KYAAA TELL ME EVERYTHING!!!" I heard mitsuri say.
