Isla admired her reflection in the mirror, playfully flipping her curly hair around. After choosing a pair of earrings, she carefully inserted them into her ears. Her gaze then drifted down to the purple dress hugging her slightly swollen belly. Today was Axel's wedding day.

"Ready?" Rio's voice broke the silence as he entered the bathroom. He hummed contentedly, approaching Isla from behind and placing his hands gently on her round belly. "He's getting big," Rio remarked, his hands tenderly caressing her abdomen.

"Yes, he is," Isla replied, turning to face him. Rio was dressed in a simple black button-up shirt and black pants. "I know you didn't want to go, but I really appreciate you coming with me," she said, leaning in to kiss him on the lips.

"Now, come on, we don't want to be late," Isla urged, leading the way out to Rio's car. The ride to the wedding venue was mostly quiet, with Rio's hand resting lightly on Isla's thigh, occasionally giving it a gentle squeeze. Finally, they pulled up at their destination.

"Isla!" Axel exclaimed, walking up to them and enveloping her in a warm hug. "Rio," Axel said, extending his hand for a handshake, which Rio gladly reciprocated. Isla then shifted her attention to Emma, who followed closely behind her brother. They shared a tight embrace.

"How are you feeling?" Emma asked, concern evident in her voice. Isla simply nodded, acknowledging the question, before stepping back and giving Lexi a tight side hug. "Rio, it's nice to see you again," Emma said, giving him a warm smile.

"Oh, Rio, this is Lexi. She works at the hospital with me," Isla introduced, gesturing towards Lexi. "And Lexi, this is Rio," she continued.

"It's nice to finally put a face to the name," Lexi said, shaking Rio's hand. Isla beamed at Rio, a smile spreading across her face, as she reached out and grabbed his arm.

"And this is Emma's husband, Levi, and their two kids are over there," Isla added, lightly squeezing Rio's arm. Just then, she spotted a familiar blonde approaching.

"Isla," Victoria greeted with a fake smile, which Isla returned while squeezing Rio's arm a little tighter. "You're getting quite big," Victoria remarked. Isla clenched her jaw, licking her lips as she looked up at Rio. Of course, Victoria would be the one to say it. She didn't know about the pregnancy, but Victoria was Abby's cousin— the definition of the word bitch.

"As if you have any room to talk," Rio retorted, causing Isla's head to snap up, shock evident on her face. She quickly covered her mouth, trying to stifle her laughter. "She's five months pregnant and smaller than you."

"Excuse me, but who are you?" Victoria asked, her face contorting with anger. Rio didn't even flinch at the intimidating look she gave him.

"He's my fiancé," Isla said, her smile widening. "Now, if you'll excuse us, we're going to go take our seats," she added, leading Rio away from Victoria and towards the front row. They settled into their seats, but Isla noticed Rio's jaw clenching.

"Rio, I wouldn't mind the comments that Abby's family makes. They're stuck-up bitches, and it doesn't matter," Isla reassured him, taking his hand and placing it in her lap, holding it firmly.

"It matters to me," Rio responded, his jaw tightening even further as he licked his lips. Isla squeezed his hand, leaning over to plant a gentle kiss on his jaw before whispering in his ear.

"We don't have to stay for the reception," she whispered, her voice filled with a mischievous tone. "We can go home and do something... much more fun."

"Let's go to the bathroom," Rio whispered, his voice husky and charged with intent. Her thighs tensed instinctively, a heat flaring between them.

"What? Why?" she asked, even though the question was more for herself than for him. Nervously, she moistened her lips, "You want... here?" Incapable of answering, Rio simply guided her from her seat, leading her towards the bathroom. As the door clicked shut behind them, he turned and lifted her effortlessly onto the sink.

"Rio," Isla breathed, her hands clutching his shoulders for support. He gently hitched her dress up to her hips while easing her underwear downwards.

"It will be quick," he promised, unbuckling his pants and freeing himself. With care, he positioned Isla, aligning himself with her before gradually pushing in. A groan escaped him as he felt her head fall forward onto his shoulder, her hands gripping his sides even tighter. The rhythm of his hips pulling back and thrusting forward sent waves of pleasure coursing through her, driving her to the edge of sanity with every stroke.

Isla's breathing quickened, her back arching as her legs wrapped higher around his waist. Her stomach clenched in anticipation, the knots of tension unwinding as a wave of euphoria washed over her. She couldn't hold back a moan, her eyes closing as she surrendered to the sensation of his warmth filling her.

Rio gently held Isla for a moment, his concern evident in his eyes. "Are you alright?" he asked, his voice filled with tenderness. Isla offered him a reassuring smile and leaned in to give him a soft kiss.

"Yes," she replied, taking a deep breath to steady herself. Rio crouched down, helping her put her underwear back on, before standing up and capturing her lips in another kiss.

"Are you ready?" Rio inquired, his gaze locked with hers. Isla nodded, indicating her readiness. They quietly made their way out of the bathroom, returning to their seats. Isla couldn't help but feel relieved as she scanned the surroundings, hoping that their intimate moment had gone unnoticed. However, before she could dwell on her thoughts, the wedding music began to play, capturing her attention once more.
