"Hey, the pool's closed!" The voice pierces the night, and a harsh beam of light blinds us momentarily. I glance at Nat, her silhouette already scaling the pool's edge, her hand extending to pull me up. Her touch sends an unexpected surge of warmth through my body, mingling with the adrenaline that's starting to course through my veins. I reach for our clothes as the guys begins running towards us. With a solid grip on my hand, she propels us forward, our feet pounding against the cool pavement as we flee from the scene, the rhythmic beat of our hearts in sync with our desperate escape.

My heart thunders like a wild stallion, each beat an exhilarating reminder of the risk we're taking. We've danced with danger before, but this time feels different – the stakes higher, the thrill more intense. And as we run, I can't help but notice how Nat's hair dances behind her like a cascade of midnight silk, her determined eyes shining with a fiery determination that makes my pulse race even faster.

Could our luck finally run out? The thought gnaws at the edges of my consciousness, but it's quickly drowned out by the pounding of our footsteps and the rush of wind in my ears.

As we round a sharp corner, Nat tugs me urgently behind a curtain of trees, her fingers gently pressing against my lips, urging me to silence. She takes my hand again and we begin to make our way back to my trailer.

I knock on the door seeing as I forgot my keys and Van answers, looking between the both of us. "Why are you both wet and only in your underwear" I look at Nat and she grins. "Nat, don't talk because you'll say something dirty" I giggle at how Nats face drops. She ticks a strand of wet hair behind her ears. Van calls my name and I look at her. "Oh-Yeah, we broke into a pool" I say casually. Van bursts out into laughter. "And you didn't get caught?" She says while opening the door wider for us to come inside. "We did, but we outran the guy and I don't think he got a good look at our faces."

We step inside, and Tai rounds the corner, holding something in her hand. Her gaze locks onto Nat and me, and an intrigued eyebrow arches. "Right," she mumbles, her voice barely audible over the ambient sounds. She then takes Van's hand, giving us a knowing nod before leading her away. I can't help but grin at the exchange, my heart racing like a thoroughbred at the sight of Nat beside me. With the bedroom door open, I gesture for Nat to enter first.

Once the door closes behind us, the world seems to fade away as Nat presses me against it, a rush of excitement coursing through my veins.
