When Charlotte Valdovinos ends up going to summer camp with her friends not expecting to fall for someone when she is there

"You excited for movie night?" Gina asks Charlotte with a smile.
"Yes" Charlotte says as she pulls out half a bag of Twizzlers "I still have the Twizzlers that me, Jet and Ricky found the other night."
"What is going on with you and Jet, by the way?" Gina asks with a smile. Gina and Charlotte are still very good friends, even after Charlotte had kissed her on New Years Eve and the awkwardness they had afterwards. They got to the point where it didn't matter and they put their friendship first, which also helped Charlotte get over Gina.
"We're just friends" Charlotte says with a small smile "Well, I'm not sure anymore because I might never see him again since he left camp."
"I think if you are meant to see him again then you will" Gina says with a smile "Who knows, he might come back to camp."
"Yeah, maybe" Charlotte says with a shrug.
TIME SKIP BY GINA AND CHARLOTTE BEING MATURE FRIENDS
Charlotte had overheard Ashlyn tell Maddox that Jet is back at camp, so she left Ricky at the Barn and went to the boys cabin to see Jet lying in bed, reading a book "I really don't want another lecture" Jet bluntly says, not looking up from his book.
"Lucky for you, I'm not here to give you one" Charlotte says, which makes Jet look up from his book and give Charlotte a small smile "I'm just happy you're back."
"Sorry, Val gave me a lecture as soon as I got back" Jet says as he sits up, letting Charlotte sit next to him on the bed.
"Yeah, well we were worried, especially Maddox. Bu you're back now, which is the main thing" Charlotte says, which makes Jet look guilty "Anyways, what are you reading?" Charlotte asks as she takes the book away from Jet, seeing it is a book about birds "You like bird-watching or something?"
"Yeah, used to go bird-watching with Maddox when we were close" Jet says to Charlotte "Just reminds me of the good times, you know?"
"I get it" Charlotte says "My mom used to love Gossip Girl before she died and I watch it to remind me of her. I hate the show, but it makes me feel closer to her."
"I'm sorry" Jet says, looking at Charlotte.
"It's okay, I'm doing better now" Charlotte says with a small smile "She died when I was fifteen, which made me flunk my sophomore year, but luckily for me I had Ricky and our other friend Big Red there for me."
"And now you got me" Jet says as he smiles at Charlotte, which makes her rest her head on his shoulder.
"Thank you" Charlotte says, trying to stop herself from blushing, but she fails "And you have me too."
"Thanks, Char" Jet says before Ricky walks into the cabin.
"I thought this would be empty. Didn't see the camouflage" Ricky says, which makes Charlotte smile at his joke before lifting her head off of Jet's shoulder "You're back?"
"I already got a lecture from Val, I really don't need one from you" Jet says, going back to his cold demeanor "Hope the movie was fun."
"We were counting on you, dude. I mean Gina was counting on you" Ricky says, like a father telling their son off "She finally got the lead, it means a lot. You can't not show up."
"Gina, huh?" Charlotte says as she raises an eyebrow.
"What?" Ricky asks, not wanting to notice that Charlotte and Jet could tell that Ricky has a crush on Gina. Ricky didn't want to admit it because he didn't want to feel like he was betraying Charlotte. He knew that Charlotte was over Gina, but it just felt wrong, against friend code.
"Just curious" Jet goes to say "Are you actually this upset I took off or is this really about Gina?"
"I just want what's best for her, dude" Ricky says with a scoff "She's my friend."
"Right, you guys are 'friends'" Jet says, as he sarcastically says 'friends', making Charlotte nod in agreement.
"I can hear the air quotes" Ricky says sadly.
"Good" Jet says to Ricky, with sass in his voice.
"I know you mean well but you don't know the full story" Ricky says to Jet.
"Yeah, but I do" Charlotte says to Ricky "And I know it's complicated for you because I used to like her and she's with EJ, but everything will work itself out" Charlotte says before Ricky has had enough and storms out of the cabin.
"You used to like Gina?" Jet asks, scared if the girl he is starting to get feelings for is gay. That would be very awkward.
"Yeah, I'm bisexual" Charlotte casually says, which makes Jet let out the breath he was holding in "And she isn't into girls, but we're still friends now so it's all good."
