It's sad that Hanahaki vine also known as The Flower illness starts spreading trough your lungs preventing proper breathing. People have discovered that The Flower illness can cause seizures of coughing up flowers and is incurable.
They say that even the Archons had no clue on how did The Flower illness spread. That was a little lie since one of them was the first one to fall ill from it.
