9 - last day

currently me and all the cast were on a train going to Brighton. they all wanted to suprise me to a trip down to the beach for my last day hanging with them on set! apparently it was going ti be a suprise and id find out once we got there but they couldnt really do that when we brought the train tickets at the station.

i was ecstatic!! i have always loved the beach, especially Brighton because of all the fun rides at the peir and just the amazing shops and other fun sites to go to! this was going to be a good day! i can just feel it.

after a couple hours on the train, we finally arrived. we left the train station and immediately headed to the beach. we sat dowb and got fish and chips first before actually going down to the beach, walking along and looking at some of the stall shop things, we all ended up buying a mini pride flag each and me and Corinna had a "gay battle" using the flags as if they were swords. eventually we made our way to the pier. we all bought our own wrist bands as they are £30s each, well the one to go on any rides and ofc we wanted that. we stared off going on the Turbo ride. me and Joe sat at the front. it was so fun, especially the loop bit. next we went on the Booster. onlu 8 of us could go on, since its 4 an end. me and Kit sat together then Bash and Kizzy. once we were strapped in they made the ride bring us to the top to wait for others to go in. Tobie and Corrina went together and Cormac and Will did. Joe and Rhea didnt want to so they just watched. then the ride finally started. we were all silent. but like we still enjoyed it so much, since me and Kit were facing into the land we got a better veiw at the top, since the other 2 had the ocean which isnt as intresting. once the ride was done, us first 4 got off first whilst the others were waiting at the top.

once we were all off we went on Waltz, we managed to fit 5 in each seat, even though its supposed to be 4. me, Kit, Bash, Corinna and Will in one and then Joe, Rhea, Cormac, Kizzy and Tobie in another. since there was more of us, we got spun so fast. they do it so the less peopl in a cart seat thing, the slower it is. we were the fastest since we had 5.

next was some mouse ride, again we managed 5 in each. this was more of a squish as theres seatbelts. Kit was on the left, next to him me and Rhea fit one seatbelt together, then was Joe and on the far right was Will. the others had Tobie on the left, Kizzy and Corinna shared next to him, then Bash and on the far right was Cormac.

when we were at the back going straight forward it literally looked like we were going to go straight into the ocean which was spooky. they also had a section with some reallt agressive turns. as we went down, sibce we where kinda high, there ended up being loads of bumps. it was really fun thought.

we went on the log flume which was horrific. me and Corinna shared one. i sat at the back, so there was a high back board but foam around the handle bars so it was so difficult to hold on, but Corinna had a teeny tiny back board but no foam so it was easuer to hold on. it went well high thought, we didnt get super wet though which is good.

afterwards we did the bumper cars, very fun although somehow i managed to bump some kid a but hard as one of her teeth fell out, i apolagised but also truggled not to laugh.

then we did the haunted house, it was actually horrifying, like i literally jumped into Kit's arms. i clung to him for like the whole thing, i might have nightmares tonight tbh.

after we went on this weird plane type thing were 4 people go in a cart and you go up and down and around, at one point they make you stay up and then you drop. everybody on the ride screamed, then started laughing since it really wasnt that bad, it looks alot worse then it actually was.

by this point we had done all the things that we could get away with doing, since the rest were mainly kiddie rides they wouldnt let us on, so we decided to go chill on the beach for a while.

we were all relaxing until Kizzy got up and started playing Charades Cormac and Bash, eventually we all joined in. at one point we seperated into teams of 2 and me and Bash did a wonderful show of Kristoff and Sven, him obviosly bring Sven, he did go up on his knees though which made me fall off his back.

Joe and Corinna did part of the Timber just dance so Corinna got on Joes back and did the end of it basically.

we all had some money still so we went into the arcade, winning so many tickets and prizes. [idfk whats in the arcade so we just skip over this part lmao]

then we walked around for a while near all the shops and resturants, we found this school place with like everything in there being handmade. it was so cool! i brought this lizard that you could stick to the wall, or hang from the ceiling. opposite that store was an art shop. i immediately went in there with no hesitation, looking around and picking up a few things. i even drew in the sketchbook that youre allowed to put stuff in. i puy a cute little frog dude. [I DID THIS] i payed and left before i went broke, and we found some other cool shops. like this charity shop where i only ended up buying a HUGE yellow jumper, it had some stains of blue, presumably paint or something but i didnt mind, it was comfy and big. thats all that mattered.

After we somehow ended up in a bookshop. Tobie casually moved a heartstopper book that was on the bottom shelf to a higher up, more eye level hight of the shelf, "just fixing it" as he said.

We had Burger King, really late, for dinner before we would eventually go back to the train station.

it was such a fun time, but when it got to 10pm we decided to head back so we wouldnt get home too late since the train ride is a couple of hours long.

i ended up falling asleep on the train, my head leaning on the window, which probably wasnt a good idea as when Kit woke me up a couple minutes before the train arrived, my neck was killing me. i literally looked like a crazy person, moving my neck around to help it not hurt so much anymore.

we ended up walking back which was literally the worst, especially since i was so tired, so Kit offered to carry me on his back, which i happily agreed to, slowly falling back asleep since everybody was walking at such a slow pace, assumingly because theyre all tired and/or theyre legs hurt. i kinda felt bad that Kit had to carry me but i didnt even have the energy to say anything. thats what i get for being super energetic and not calming down for one second literally ALL day.

at some point i felt myself being placed on a bed, well it felt like a bed and idk what else i would be put onto, spikes? no.

the blanket was placed over me, which warmed me up alot. that was nice contrary to the very cold, 12am breeze outside. i snuggler up to the blankets as i was still slightly aware as to my surroundings. and then was able to very quickly properly sleep.

ngl i thought this would be longer, like i tride to put as much detail as i could but thats pretty hard when you havent been to Brighton in like a year and also it was literally just the rides. might add about some shops actually. oh well!
