i was really nervous to tell Kit about the whole "you cant see my parents" thing because i didnt want to tell him what i told them. i felt bad. and i only said we were because otherwise my parents would make a whole thing about it and wed just end up going round in circles for ages. but he decided to come shopping with me, which meant he was gonna end up coming in the house. everytime he wants to help with that sort of thing he does, which is very nice of him, but right now id rather not.
if it comes to it though ill just make up some lie on the spot, not that im very good at that. eh, ill just tell them why i didnt, like the truth because otherwise ill say something about heffalumps or something ridiculous like that. okay thats a bit dramatic but you get my point.
we were already hafway home anyways so i was trying not to get nervous about my parents. like, Kit would be coming, when i said we arent friends, theres been no food in the house all day, and then me. 3 things for them so get angry about.
i went very quiet for the rest of the way home, luckily Kit didnt say anything about it but i could tell he wanted to.
why did mum and dad have to come today, of all days. like thursdays are already very busy at school, considering the fact i have all 3 lessons, history having 2, like thats alot! and then of course its the one day i have literally no food in the house. they couldnt have just got here for the weekend could they? no. because they just have to make everything so much more stressful and complicated. i could barely make it through ART withough almost falling asleep. and i never get tired or feel bored in art. this isnt normal. but like i woke up at 4 IN THE FUCKING MORNING!!! im forever going to hold a grudge on them for that, well another one to add to the many already present grudges.
once we got back, i was about to knock on the door when i saw my keys hanging on the door handle. what the fuck?! are my parents stupid or something? well short and simple answer yes BUT this is a new level. why would anybody, especially if youre in a block of flats, leave keys to a home outside?! like literally anybody couldve just stole them, or used the to get inside or whatever.
i grabbed the keys and unlocked the door, walking into an empty house, besides the cat sleeping on the kitchen island.
apparently my parents dont know how to write a not, or even text me about anything they do, so they could be on a plane right now for all i know. probably not, but i wish!

we finished putting away the food a while ago, and then Kit went home, so until my parens get back and the most probably arguments start, i was just on my phone.
