The Fault In Our Stars: after story

Chapter 8

Please read: hey everyone sorry I haven't updated in a while I have had a load of exams and have been going through a lot lately but I'm getting there. This might be a long chapter because I haven't been updating and I feel the need to write so here you go.

Hazel's POV

I wake up to my mother shaking me "Hazel?" I slowly open my eyes and groan "y...yeah?" I whisper.

She smiles "your breakfast is ready" she helps me sit up. I put my hand on my 2 nearly 3 month baby bump.

I walk downstairs with the help of my mother holding Henry (my oxygen tank). We get downstairs and I see a big breakfast on the table for me.

I smile and go and sit down as my dad sits next to me with my mother and we all start to eat. I look down at my baby bump and sigh a little.

My dad looks at me and sighs "hazel you know Augustus is watching over you and the baby. I bet he is just so happy you both have a way to be remembered".

I look at him and smile a little as I wipe my tear "y...yeah I know I just wish he could feel her or him and see the whole thing" I look down.

My mother comes over and hugs me "dont worry dear, its gonna be okay" she whispers soothingly.

I nod and smile "c...can I go to support group with Isaac tomorrow?"

My parents look at me "I dont know hazel I mean your sick and pregnant it may be hard" my mother looks at me.

I groan "mum please he needs me to help him and he wants to feel the baby" I give her my best puppy dog eyes.

She groans "fine but I'm driving you and helping you down there okay?"

I look at them both "fine. Okay" I smile a little and look at the time "I'm gonna message his mother to tell her then"

I get up and walk back to my room with Henry and get out my phone going onto my contacts. I click on Isaac mum and start to text:

Hey Julia, its Hazel if you could please tell isaac I will be coming to support group with him tomorrow. Thank you x.

Not long after I get a text back off her.

Hey Hazel and yes I'll tell him x

I smile and lay in bed getting films up on my laptop. The rest of the day I just watch different films while eating some snacks.

After a few hours I start to get very tired and shut down my laptop and settle down to go to sleep.
