The next morning I wake up and the team is acting like they're walking on eggshells around me they take a glance every time I take a step I'm confused as hell.

Mal is in the " Buffet area" so I decide to talk to her.

" what the hell is going on? Why is everybody staring at me?" she stays quiet for a second.

" we know."

" you know what what the hell are you talking about?"

" we know that you're a foster kid. We know that the woman you were on the phone with was not your mother..." I just had to sit there and process everything. How the fuck did they find out.. Who else would know..

Probably shouldn't have done this, but I did it anyway by the time I get process what I was doing, I was already in front of her yelling

"MIND YOUR FUCKING BUSINESS! YOU HAD NO RIGHT!  YOU COULD'VE KEPT THE WHOLE THING TO YOURSELF. BUT NO! NOW THE ENTIRE TEAM KNOWS MY BUSINESS THAT I OBVIOUSLY WAS NOT COMFORTABLE TELLING"

She looked confused and shocked at first . I could care fucking less.

" yeah, she did. If she didn't mean to, she wouldn't have done it."

" I didn't tell y'all for a reason.
Nobody told her to tell my business specially something I told her in private years ago"

" come on let's just take a walk" vlatko says from behind me. I don't want to get in more trouble than I probably already a.m. so I just listen sending a glare her way before turning around and walking with him.

After a few minutes of silence, he finally speaks up

" they would've found out eventually"

" yeah but it would have been me telling them when I was comfortable with them."

" she didn't mean it Okay. Just please don't go lashing out on your teammates in public. it'll never end well."

" all right thank you"

" I would say you can take off practice today but you may be starting tomorrow so I expect to see you on the bus in 30 minutes"

" all right Coach"

After he walks away, I go to my room and get ready after about 15 minutes I'm done, so I just decided to head to the bus and clear my mind before practice . I put my headphones on and listen to music and meditate while I wait.

I've always had anger issues, and meditation has always helped .
But you can't get mad at me for that who knows what else she told them I talked a lot when I was in California I could've said anything.

10 minutes later people start to fill the bus. I just ignore them, and keep meditating until I saw tap on my shoulder.

The person I just went off on not even an hour ago. I take my headphones off, ready to go off again before I can speak.

" look I'm sorry I didn't mean to out you. I didn't mean for any of this to happen. It's just when my mom reminded me that we knew each other when we were little, I started remembering things. remembering things that you told me. You're being a foster kid was one of them.
