(Y/n) was sitting quietly in her room, she only wore her white buttoned up shirt, leaving her legs exposed. She was thinking about Marco. She felt guilty that she couldn't have been there to save him. Clenching her fists, she banged them on her bed. What's the use of having power if I can't even save anyone?

She didn't know Marco that well but, she couldn't seem to forget his words. I admire you. It made her scoff. How can anyone admire a killer? Even though the Avengers saved her, slowly brought her out of her emotionless shell, and became her family. (Y/n) still felt like murderer, no matter how many times she tried to redeem herself.

That's why (Y/n) and Natasha had a lot more in common. They both started off bad, getting red in their ledger. Then they were saved, by the ones who wanted them to feel loved.

Natasha had Clint, while (Y/n) had Tony and Steve, and Peter of course. Tony taught her how to love. Steve taught her how to trust. Peter taught her how to laugh, and she would be forever grateful to them. They're her light.

Knock. Knock.

The door opened, revealing Loki, "Surprise. Can I come in?" He asked. (Y/n) nodded her head as Loki closed the door behind him. He walked over, sitting on the edge of her bed.

"You haven't left the room since those mid-guardians appeared. I know you don't trust me, but care to share?" Loki asked, leaning forward.

(Y/n) gave a half-hearted smile, "I was recently told that someone I know has died. I didn't know him really well but he admired me, and I couldn't save him." (Y/n)'s throat clenched tightly, the urge to cry surfacing.

Loki cupped her chin, tilting her head upwards so she was looking him in the eye. (Y/n) blinked away tears, embarrassed from almost crying in front of Loki. (Y/n) didn't want anyone seeing her this vulnerable, especially Loki.

When (Y/n) became apart of the Avengers, she had met Loki when he was captured by Fury and locked in the cell. She was sent to interrogate him before Natasha. Let's just say, they felt a connection to one another. Eventually, they both became a thing after Loki began seeing her. He was interested in her, wanted to know more about her, she was a mystery to him and he liked solving those.

At some point, it couldn't work out since Loki was an Asguardian and (Y/n) was away on Earth doing missions and trying to save the world. When she eventually found out what he was doing, they ended in separate ways.

"Don't look at me. I must look idiotic." (Y/n) sniffled. Loki rubbed her rosy cheeks, leaning his forehead against her, "No, absolutely not. If it makes you feel any better, I think you tried your best to save as many lives possible. That itself, is a noble feat." Loki smirked, making her laugh.

A knock on her door made them move apart from one another. The door opened, Levi walked in, pausing at the sight of Loki and (Y/n). He noticed her legs were exposed, revealing long smooth limbs. He cleared his throat, "I just came to let you know that Eren and the others are in the supply room. Dinner will begin shortly, also." Levi walked away, trying to clear his head of dirty thoughts.

"Tch!"

When (Y/n), Loki, Rocket and Groot entered the room, let's just say everyone was surprised by the newcomers. (Y/n) decided to retell her story like she did with Erwin and the other Squad Leaders. Loki and Rocket chipped in as well. Needless to say, they were pretty shocked that (Y/n) and her friends came from another dimension, but is it really that strange? Considering that Eren can turn into a Titan.

"Are you guys really.......?" Eren trails off, looking stunned

"Yeah, we're taking part of the next expedition." Mikasa said
