At 8:16 pm that night, Yunho texted the following message to 6 members individually:

'Youngie said he will be staying at a hotel for the night. We should think of a way to say sorry to him. I think we all went too far today'.

Hongjoong was at the studio when he received the message. He sighed upon reading the text and closed his eyes for a moment. In all honesty, he hasn't been able to focus on a single thing at the studio. His mind kept drifting back to their conversation with Wooyoung. He probably should have stepped in and asked everyone to calm down. He probably should have reassured Wooyoung the oldest didn't mean the words he said. After all, no one can really dislike Wooyoung.

The leader opened his eyes and stared at the empty screen in front of him, a heavy sigh falling out of his mouth as regret and guilt overtook him.

Yeosang was at the gym when the message came in through to him, his airpods reading the message in his ear as he ran on the trademill. He slowed down the power and and eventually got off. He ran his fingers through his hair in frustration. He has been best friends with Wooyoung for 9 years and although the younger was a troublemaker, he has been there for Yeosang every time he needed someone. He shouldn't have added fuel to the fire and stood by his best friend...

Yeosang walked to the shower, turned on the water to the hottest setting and let it sting his skin, almost as if he was punishing himself for not being there for Wooyoung.

San was wrapped up in his blanket with a movie playing on the tv of the living room (he wasn't even really paying attention to it) when he got the message. A tear rolled down his right eye as sudden realization hit him. His soulmate was hurting... because of an argument he took a part in. He didn't even think about comforting him or running after him. He let the frustrations take over him and forgot what they were- friends til the end. He was supposed to be Wooyoung's other half. How was he supposed to fix this? What about the promise he gave to Wooyoung's parents to take care of the younger?

San rubbed his matching tattoo with Wooyoung on his thigh while continuing to cry.

Mingi got the message when he was engrossed in a mobile game. He has been trying to distract himself with games and naps from the conversation that happened earlier today. Although he didn't take a part in it, He couldn't help but feel extremely guilty about what was said to Wooyoung. Sure, he was a troublemaker but making trouble was his way of showing love. Mingi felt guilty for not defending Wooyoung because he knew Wooyoung would defend him in a heartbeat. Upon reading the message, Mingi turned off his phone. A heavy feeling settled in his chest as he wished Wooyoung was next to him. He wished he could have been comforting the younger, holding him with his much bigger body and whispering to him how perfect he was despite being a troublemaker.

Mingi let the tears he was holding back fall as he stared at the ceiling, wondering if Wooyoung was doing the same in his hotel room.

Jongho was already on his phone, trying to call Wooyoung for the hundredth time to apologize but landing on his voicemail each time. He read the message and sighed. He Wanted to punch something or break a countless amount of apples. But even more than all of that, he wanted to talk to his Wooyoung hyung and apologize for his words earlier.

Jongho flopped on his bed and tried to go to sleep, hoping for a better opportunity to talk to Wooyoung tomorrow.

Seonghwa was pacing in his room all evening. He was on the verge of a panic attack. He could not believe the words he threw at Wooyoung earlier. Throughout the years, whenever he found himself feeling unsure of certain things or being subjected to negativity, Wooyoung was the first person there to help him. He stood up for him every time there was any sort of hate towards the eldest. The younger even admitted to teasing Seonghwa the most out of love.

Seonghwa was supposed to shield the younger member from hatred and doubts but today, he became the reason Wooyoung may feel like a burden. He didn't mean any of the words he let out. He was mad and annoyed but he wouldn't trade the world for Wooyoung.

When the text from Yunho came in, his hands shook and he wondered just how badly he hurt the younger. He called Hongjoong immediately.

"Hello?" The leader's voice was shaky and distant.

"Joongie, I messed up. Wooyoung isn't even coming to the dorm tonight," Seonghwa broke down.

"I know. Yunho texted me," Hongjoong sighed.

"What do I do? I didn't mean what I said."

"I know, Hwa. I know. Calm down yeah? We can explain it to him tomorrow... or when we see him next," the captain spoke up.

"O-okay. Can you sleep in my room tonight?"

"Of course," Hongjoong responded, slightly relieved as he didn't really want to sleep alone tonight.

After finishing the call, Seonghwa curled up in his bed as he continued crying. He hoped and prayed Wooyoung was okay and he would forgive the older for his words.
