Chapter 23

The trek

Samaira POV

Today was the day we were going for the trek i was so excited that i woke up early . Mihir was not awake yet so i decided to wake him up . i took a glass of water and threw it on his face 

Mihir : Samaira what yaar ! 

Samaira : sorry today is the of trek so i was excited 

Mihir : i know but what time it is 

Samaira : 5.30 

Mihir : what ! why did u wake me up so early? let me sleep 

Samaira : ok sorry baba 

After some time

Mihir POV

It was 8 o clock we were going for the trek at 9 Samaira was already ready and went out for sight seeing. When it comes to nature she  always gets excited . Thats what i like about her cheerful side and excitement about new things. Our tour guide came in our room .

Guide : hey are you ready?

Mihir : yes 

Guide : we will be leaving 5 minutes be fast 

Mihir : okay 

I got ready and went down 

Samaira : what took you so long 

Mihir : i overslept a bit 

Samaira : thats why i woke u up early 

Mihir : but it was too early 

 Samaira : hmm

Guide : so we will do some sight seeing and then will leave for our homes 

Everyone ; okk 

Samaira POV

I gazed at the serene landscape, captivated by the dance of leaves in the gentle breeze and the symphony of birdsong harmonizing with the rustling trees. Nature unfolded its palette, painting a tranquil scene that whispered stories of tranquility and timelessness. I took out my camera and started clicking pictures of it

Samaira: the scenery is beautiful

Mihir: not as beautiful as you miss photographer

Samaira: miss photographer huh

Mihir: it's a good nickname right?

Samaira: no

I could see frown on Mihir's face

Samaira: its not a good nickname its a beautiful nickname

Mihir : really

Samaira: yes

Afterwards we had our lunch and were still doing some sight seeing.  The tour guide asked us if wanted to watch sunset    only me and Mihir raised our hands

Mihir's Pov

As the sunset point was risky only me and Samaira raised our hands

Guide: ok just be safe and come fast we have our train at night

Samaira / Mihir: ok

We went to the sunset point and the sun dipped below the horizon, casting hues of orange and pink across the sky it was so beautiful

Samaira: (sighs) isn't it breathtaking

Mihir: even better than yjhd sunset

Samaira: yeah

Mihir: you know what sunset is like nature's way of saying goodbye, yet promising a new dawn

Samaira: you are a creative thinker

I smiled I saw Samaira taking out her camera I guess she wanted to take a picture 

Mihir: shh nah some moments are meant to be enjoyed

Samaira: okay as you say

I kept my hand on her shoulder she looked at me and leaned her head on my shoulder again I looked at her and we were about to kiss but then I got a call

On call

Guide: we have to check out soon so please come fast

Mihir  : ok

Mihir : we have check out let's go

Samaira : okay

We checked out of our hotels went to the train station and after sometime our train arrived and we left for our homes
