𝙁𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 Nicholas Brown [father] {alli's father is a very successful businessman. he's the CFO at a giant microwave company, and has made millions. he's the more carefree of alli's parents, though. as long as she's happy and not totally flunking, he is with her choices. he's not home as much as his wife, though, so she doesn't see him as much} Elizabeth Brown [mother] {elizabeth is a stay-at-home mom to her only child, alli. alli and her mom have a tense relationship, although they never talk about it. elizabeth puts a lot of pressure on alli to get those perfect grades and go to harvard, like she always planned. claims that if she doesn't, all the years she's "wasted on motherhood" would be a waste. so, alli deals with whatever stress and anxiety comes with getting a 4.0 at all times and the tolls on her mental health, just for her mother, without ever saying how unreasonable she finds it} 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 As above
