"Hello, are you here Mr., helloooo?", Ri was waving her hand to bring back the person to sense. Jungkook was appalled, he did not know what to say, so he kept staring at the girl. Ri made a face and went inside the room. Just then Jungkook came out of the trance. "Taetae, are you free, we got half day off, some meetings happening, can I stay here till you are done", Taehyung was surprised with the sudden visit. He hugged her and kissed her cheeks. "Give me few minutes, I need to discuss something here and then we can talk", Ri made a thump up sign and sat on the couch.
"So...tell me what you want to do, you can either complete your homework or help me arrange my files, what say?", "No thank you, I am done with my homework, you know, class, free period and I don't want to waste my time sorting out your files, that's your job not mine", Ri dramatically responded. "Aww...my baby is such a good girl, nerd but I love my nerdy, like papa like daughter", Tae said playing with her cheeks. "Not my cheeks, or else I will call you Mumma...", she responded by tickling Tae. "Stop...am sorry...stoppp", "Who is he?", Ri asked looking at the man at the door.
Tae turned to look at the door and he almost forgot to breathe. Jungkook was there, looking dazed and dumbfounded. Tae immediately shield Ri from Jungkook. His thoughts were running thousand miles per hour, he was not able to utter a single word, he couldn't even look at Jungkook. So, he did the right thing he thought at the moment, he held Ri's wrist and headed towards the door, ignoring Jungkook but luck was not in his side, for Jungkook held his hand. He instantly jerked Jungkook's hand off. He could feel the burn from the touch. He did not want to talk with him let alone face him. No, he owed his old self to not spare a glance towards Jungkook.
"We need to talk", Jungkook sternly said looking at Tae and then at Ri. Ri was starting to feel angry with the tone used by the person on her papa. "Excuse me...how da", "Ri, shh...", Tae shushed her, putting a finger on her lips. "Please don't interact with this person, if you love me, you will say nothing, okay", he whispered so only Ri can hear him. Ri nodded her head. This made Jungkook look at the pair. He can hear Tae whispering to the girl. "Taehyung, we need to talk, I need answers, can you please look at me?", Jungkook pleaded. Tae stubbornly stood his ground, did not turn at all to look at Jungkook. Tae took his phone out and send a message to the main desk asking them to contact the VIP room and have Mrs. Jeon come to his office right away!
Jungkook kept staring at Taehyung hugging the girl tightly, "Tae, please at least face me, I am desperate here, can we please talk...please", Jungkook was begging with eyes full of tears. He was not able to stand that Tae was not willing to look at him, did he hurt him so bad that now Tae hates his mere presence or even his face? "Can I come in?", Bella opened the door, and she was dumbstruck. She did not know what to make of the scene, Tae hugging a girl tightly in his arms facing away from Jungkook and Jungkook on his knees, trying hard to control his tears.
